You want to deal with unserious people and business then use crafted.io Get an offer of 50 USD per developing hour and then later get a quote for a small task 'marked up' to 10 – 15.000 USD. How much will it cost you when your project finish ? Also see some documents disappear and get late replies .. If you get any replies. Skype is either the way to communicate in business.
I don't even believe they can do the job in request, so you might see your money go down the drain. Looks fine on the website and well promoted. However you're not dealing with UK people but Russian if that comfort you.
Can't recommend dealing with this "company".
