Items do not match description!! I received pants instead of dress. China quality.
Shoes don鈥檛 match in size and are not meant for human feet.

Placed an order for two bags on September 4th, received the shipping confirmation and track and trace link the following day. After that, nothing! Sent an e-mail to their support team asking about my parcel, according to them it got 鈥榣ost鈥?in the mail, which they say rarely happens to them (but the reviews say otherwise). Support team told me they would sent me new bags and add a gift, it is now September 19th and I have yet to hear from them. They are no longer responding to my emails.

Do not recommend buying from this place, I doubt I鈥檒l receive the bags I鈥檝e paid for.

UPDATE: Sept 29th, still nothing.

Placed my first order in March, it was a black belt-bag, I didn鈥檛 receive it until over a month later. I sent an email and it took time until they answered. When they emailed me back they said the package had disappeared (she said it rarely happens for them) and they would send me a new one together with a little surprise as an apology. I received my bag after a while with a cute hair pin as the little surprise.

I thought it was just a thing that happens rarely (as they said), so I decided to order again now, over a week ago. I ordered a hair clip and together with the order you鈥檇 get a free brown plastic bag. Both the bag and the hair clip was in my shopping-bag when I checked out and paid, I still have mail were you can see I鈥檝e ordered the hair clip and it stands I will get the brown bag for free. The hair clip came fast in the mail. But no free brown bag to be found.. I鈥檝e emailed them and asked if it鈥檒l come later in the mail but it stands on my tracking that the packages have arrived..and I haven鈥檛 got an answer even though I emailed them 4 days ago.

Still waiting for an answer..

I ordered the thilde clear bag for a total of $50.76 and paid for express shipping which stated 3-5 business days from the shipping date and now a month and a few weeks later I still have not received the bag. I also tried to reach out to the company through email twice and once on Instagram and no response has been made. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE.

My parents bought me the moon necklace for my 19th birthday in early February from Crossbody.dk. After only 20 days, wearing it a handful of times (not in the shower, the rain or swimming to be clear) it had tarnished all over to a pinkish copper colour, both on the lock and on the chain. I was unhappy so emailed them within the returns period. At first I received responses with the 24 hour response time advertise on the website. One I requested a replacement, the response times grew slower and after emailing them multiple times they finally agreed to post me a replacement necklace. After asking for confirmation of the dispatch, all communication from Crossbody.dk went cold despite numerous emails from me. I even messaged both the company Instagram page and Sofie Henriksen's Instagram (the founder and owner of the brand who says "If you need any help or have questions – just let me know! I'm here to help you" on her website, clearly not true). Neither replied to my messages. Further to this I called the phone number listed on the website, within the listed operating hours (Danish time) to which I received and automated message which then cut out at the end, leaving no opportunity to leave a voicemail despite it being within business hours. I then got in contact with citizens advice in the UK and quoted to Crossbody.dk the consumer rights law to which I have still had no response. I am now in touch with the European Consumer Centre and looking for a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have AWFUL customer service and AWFUL products.

Awful company, I paid tracked and signed return delivery specifically to ensure I knew when the item reached them.

It has reached them over a month ago and I still have not received a refund, they initially answered my emails but now there is nothing.

As with other reviews I expect it's an exceptionally badly run and through that end up stealing your money! Would NOT shop there ever again and making sure I tell everyone else to avoid them.

*they've replied below that this issue has been resolved. It hasn't, I've still not got my refund or any reply from their customer service/ Just damage control below with no ability to answer.

But accidentally ordered one bag more, send it back (payed almost 14 Euros for it) and they refuse to answer me back, although i wrote them maybe 8 times and since 3 months i don't get my refund! they also claimed that my review is fake??? all to not give me back the money, but i send trust pilot all the invoices and prove them wrong. its really unfair of them i just don't get why they didn't just send me the money back- i wouldn't trust them at all. PLUS: They also answered me on trust pilot but nothing happened just a fake message. i will do not delete this review until i get my money back! This so called Shop is really unprofessional

Updated review: I did receive my necklace after almost 2 months and threatening legal action after being blocked on Instagram for asking about my order in comments. Unfortunately I just think this company isn鈥檛 well run or organized enough to handle orders- and priorities are with bloggers. I would not order from them again but will say I do love my necklace now that I FINALLY recieced it which is why I would change my 1 star to 2 stars.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. This is NOT acceptabel. I placed my order at the 15 of february, and they sent me an email saying my order is on the way the 18 feb. I still hadn鈥檛 got my bag at the 26 of feb so I emailed them back telling them och asked where my bag was. Then I get an automatically answer that they will look closer on my order at the 28 of february. I imedietly answered thay I want an real answer from a real support. And this 鈥滶mma鈥?wrote me back saying that 鈥滻t have unfortunately been a bit more delayed than first anticipated鈥?and that my parcel will leave their warehouse the day after(friday 1 of marsh) or the latest on the monday after on the 4 of marsh. On tuesday 5 of marsh I emailed and asked if my parcel left their warehouse that monday. Today, 9 of marsh, I still haven鈥檛 got an answer or my bag. I am SO very dissapointed. This is not a lie. I have email proof. So if crossbody wants to report this comment as well as all the others saying that the company is a scam, I hope trustpilot doesn鈥檛 accept. I don鈥檛 want anyone else to fall for this unprofesional company.

Update:
Today, wednesday 20 of marsch, still no answer from their customersupport.

This website is such a scam together with their owner Sofie Henriksen!!!
No communication. They lied about the shipment and tracking number. First they sent the tracking information email on 02/14/19, and a few days later after I tried to contact their 鈥渟upport team鈥?countless times, they replied on 02/20/19 saying how they sent it on 02/19/19.. It鈥檚 been more then two weeks since I ordered a bag. And I haven鈥檛 received it at all. I issued a claim via PayPal to request my money back! People should stay away from their website! Lowest scum ever!!!

Crossbody doesnt send out your order, but insted just sends you a link to your post office which doesnt work. Unfortunatly I think this page is a scam, and a lot of people have lost their money. And also they blocked me and several other people from their instagram page when we asked where our order was.
Update: Got my bag in the end.

I found Crossbody.DK on Instagram and I was super happy thinking that is a small company from Denmark with good and original bags. I was always checking the website and I finally decided to order one of the bags. I paid with discount more than 50鈧?. When the bag arrived it didn't look the same way it looked in the pictures, the quality didn't match the price.
I started to see the same bags that they offer on other websites for less money. THE SAME ONES. While Crossbody.DK offers one bag for 64鈧?, the same one can be found in other websites from China for 20鈧? (Including the shipping costs).
What really bothers me is that they are trying to sell the concept of original bags while getting their bags from cheap suppliers and charging us (the clients) way more. Another thing that really pisses me off was during "THEIR SALE" they raised up their prices and wrote down: SALE NOW, but the prices of the bags were the same than before, for example, one bag that was before 64,90鈧? during the sale they wrote a higher price and they kept the old price. That is not a sale, is just lying to people.
I was super excited at the beginning with this company, but then, I realised it is just a lie 🙁

The bag looks great, but I'm not sure it actually comes from Denmark.. More like a China product… Hope that, for the price, the bag will have a good quality.

I can see that many people are in the same situation as me : I ordered my bag almost a month ago and it never came. I exchanged emails with Emma from the customer service staff who assured me that my bag would be sent back to me for a second time but nothing. Crossbody dk are thieves and if you are thinking about buying anything from them, do yourself a favor and don鈥檛.

Hello,

It's been a week since I made my order on your site. My bank account was immediately taken, I can not say as much for the delivery of my handbag that has not arrived yet. I contacted your "carrier" who told me that the tracking number does not correspond to anything at home and that I had to contact you. I sent you no less than 5 emails, 3 message on Facebook, 1 DM on instagram, I even took the time to call you while your number is Danish and I live in France. It is not professional to leave a customer unanswered, it is only a handbag, but still, I pay to have it and to have a minimum service.

I am not alone in this case since I have discussed with other customers who are also facing this problem of ghost delivery.

I thank you kindly make us, as well as other customers a return on our package.
