Wasn't happy the price quoted by the agent and I agreed to was changed overnight due to P&O changing their pricing structure.
There was also some confusion regarding the outstanding balance after I paid the deposit but Cameron assured me it would be the first increased price and there would not be a second increase to the price.
Cameron was good to deal with, the help people on the 1300 number were not as well informed as they should have been.
