Not issuing a refund after a 500 purchase failed to deliver.

Placed an order online which never arrived. After many emails promising it would ship next week, I asked for a full refund. The refund has not arrived and they are trying to offer a later delivery date.

No product ever arrived; promised a refund which never happened

Ordered from them. Endless emails but no product. Cancelled order and promised a refund that never arrived. Endless emails and me providing proof; they put it off and kept asking for time to "comb their records". Months have gone by and no email responses anymore until I told them I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then I got an email to "take it up with my credit card company". Now I see TONS of complaints of the same thing online.

Failed to deliver or refund

I ordered a case for a football helmet just under 6 months ago. Phil has repeatedly promised that it would be shipping in the next day or two. It never shipped. I was more patient than normal as I had been doing business with Phil for many years and had never had a problem. I also asked for a refund of my $130 and he promised that as well, it never came. Hew is obviously going out of business, don't even think about placing an order with him.

After a Month No Information on Product Ordered After repeated Phone Calls and Emails!!!

I placed an order for a three car 1/18 scale display case from Crystal Caseworks on 12/26/13 and received a confirmation email with my order number. I Emailed this company and was told that they were taking time off for the holiday season, no problem. I then called them four times and got the answering machine each time. I left my contact information on the messages, and sent them several Emails asking them where my case was and when I could expect delivery. As of 02/10/14 I have yet o receive any correspondences from Crystal Caseworks even though they charged my credit card for the purchase over a month ago. This company has horrible customer service and I would urge everyone to not do business with them. There is no excuse for the way they have treated me as a customer and I will be sure to tell everyone on every complaint site to avoid making the mistake of ordering anything from Crystal Caseworks .

Never received product

I paid for a display case and never received it. Emailed several times, called and left messages, because no one answers the phone. It's funny, when I wanted to buy the product, we emailed back and forth to set the price, once I paid, never again. It's been almost a month. I just want an explanation.

Product not being sent

This company will not answer phone calls and I have been emailing back and forth for three months. I have ordered from them in the past and have received my order, so I ordered again. This time I placed two separate orders, one in May and one in June. I have not received either and have been charged for both. Phil claimed he would send them with a tracking number, but I was never emailed one. I am tired of communicating by email. I want product or I want my money back.
