scam infested site.

i registered as a free member initially and immediately VERIFIED my profile with my id card.

recently i decided to upgrade to paid membership status @ afrointroductions.com and i paid for a month. needless to say that the site is overrun by scammers or sex workers, neither of which i am interested in. i contacted them repeatedly either reporting fake profiles or asking for rewards for users who do the quality control which is actually cupid media鈥檚 responsibility.

they were not very forthcoming, and then i said i would claim a refund. as a reaction, they suspended my account and asked for an upload of my id card (again) in order to 禄review芦 my appeal to their decision, which was undertaken by their 禄anti fraud department芦. meanwhile, the reported scam profiles continue to roll on.

steer clear of these sleazeballs whose business concept is to trick people into paying money to waste time with fakes and criminals. worst of the worst.

go to okcupid.com, they鈥檙e at least free and let you message other users without forcing you to pay.

Buyer beware! Don't put your credit card on the site, they can pilfer from your bank account! Bogus charges are an absolute norm there! It's a slick scam – women are either fake or having sinister motives. The only site where women never asked me for money and never balked at showing themselves on video was
J4Iove.com
But Cupidmedia is full of scam artists who prey for your money. The site attracts unsuspecting men and tricks them into paying. Don't make this mistake and don't put your emotions and money at risk on Cupidmedia!

While it is possible to find and meet genuine people on this and other dating sites, there are definitely an incredible amount of fake messages delivered to men's inboxes, especially immediately after signing up (but before paying), and especially even more during the times you are logged in to the site. Therefore, I can only conclude that the false profiles that send a bunch of messages with identical phrases or often times asking identical questions must be created by professionals at Cupid Media to fool gullible people (or, at least gullible men, as I do not know how the site works for women) into believing a lot of women are interested in and messaging them.

Within ONE week, men can receive nearly to over 100 messages (with multiple messages saying the exact same things, verbatim). Meanwhile, there are very little to no profile views. It is obvious that these messages are fake, or at least not from legitimate profiles.

Every time you receive a message you should also get a notification sent to the email you used to sign up for the dating site. Clicking link in that email takes you to the message in site, which is (mostly) blocked out if you are not a paid member, stating that you must have paid subscription to read them.

If you do pay, you will realize that the messages are fake. They are most likely from a profile used by the Cupid company for sending a bunch of messages and tricking men into paying to read them. Some, however, are scammers from various places.

I have actually met good women on this and another site. Both turned in to relationships. However, I have personally come across many scams as well. Cupid Media argues that they fight and remove scammers, yet nothing has changed over the past few years.

I had a free trial nearly two years ago and I was able to open and see that the 80+ messages I got within the first week were all fake. I have also recently signed up for a paid subscription on a few of their sites and noticed the avalanche of fake messages begin to slow down to a trickle within a few days of paying. A good amount of the profiles that send the fake messages also end up being "switched off" before you can reply once you pay. However, you don't need to pay or get a free trial to see that most, if not all, messages you initially recieve at first are fake. You just need experience, common sense and the ability to notice that the first few words you can see before it is blocked out (messages will be mostly blocked out if you are not a paid member) almost all say the exact same things; The first message is identical to the third, fifth or sixth message, the second message is identical to seventh or tenth message, etc. It doesn't matter the language or location.

One good thing about Cupid Media's sites is that it is relatively easy to know which messages / profiles are fake or bait profile bots – IF you know what clues to look for! If you see people you never messaged leaving messages while your profile has no views or interest notifications, or you receive a bunch of messages about how great you / your profile / your pictures are without creating a bio or posting pictures, or you receive positive messages after putting something derogatory in your profile bio, then you know it is not a real person messaging you.

However, if you see someone viewed your profile and left an indicator of interest – then messaged you, it might be someone who is genuinely interested. So, let them know you want to video chat so you can see that they are a real person.

Use the site at your own discretion, but do not be foolish enough to believe all those messages you receive within the first few hours or days before paying are all real women that are interested in you – without them viewing your profile, or before you even complete your profile!

Also, don't be fooled by any follow up claim saying this isn't true, or any follow up comment that is off topic to my review that indicates that everything is genuine and safe with Cupid Media. They (as most datimg sites) are running some shady techniques to trick you in to paying. Problem is, the only REAL chance for successfully meeting a woman is by being a paid member. If you want to possibly meet and date people, and you are aware of your odds (especially as a man) of being successful, then go ahead. But if you're one to easily be fooled and believe everything you see and think all messages and interactions are real, don't waste your time or money.

PS: If you want to see for yourself how accurate my review is, sign up and see what happens for yourself at International Cupid and other sites of theirs. An experienced person who can detect the difference between real and fake profiles does have a chance of meeting a real person.

My research into fake dating sites started with me paying for 4 different cupid accounts,RussianCupid,JapanCupid,AsianCupid & Afrointroductions.
Those unfortunate enough to have paid for an account have given hackers & scammers access to their details & have put their personal information at huge risk. This is obviously a huge scam from start to finish & I can say this because I had 4 paid accounts & 4 unpaid accounts, the laughable attempts over 1 month on all 8 accounts to con me out of money or deceive me into thinking I was communicating with genuine subscribers was amateur hour at its best.
The profile you are asked to fill in is irrelevant & the only real experience you are guaranteed is getting hacked or scammed.
There is an obvious racism on sites like AfroIntroductions where one hacker was posing as an African woman who wanted to be a slave & of course needed some money for Christmas gifts, yes this is just a taste of the mentality of the people running the scam at CupidMedia & the ignorance almost made me quit after the first week.
The real fun starts when you ask them to delete your account or accounts in my case, they try their very best to keep hold of your details,im still trying to get them to delete a few accounts & having little success..surprise surprise.Awards for ignorance & dishonesty must definitely go to the customer service team at AsianDating & they are closely followed by the RussianCupid customer service team, both are unwilling to delete accounts, most likely as they don't appreciate anyone who laughs at their scams intead of falling for them,oh well.
Cupid Media should be ashamed of its deceptions & should be investigated for fraud at the very least (lol) but one things for sure & that's anyone interested in online dating needs to give CupidMedia a wide berth,at some point I will put up my extensive research on fake dating sites such as CupidMedia run sites onto youtube,im sure it will make for interesting viewing.
Just a little update,it now seems criminal behaviour is also a cupid media speciality as the customer service teams having read this review have decided on random online cyber attacks.I will continue to document these transgressions & criminal acts & take the appropriate action, how these criminals are allowed to operate unregulated should be investigated..

The company behind this (cupidmedia) outsource creation of communities to hackers who hack Facebook and steal their identities, with little recourse or way of getting the new account shutdown. This happened to a friend of mine today! They are engaging in illegal activity. Stay clear people! It鈥檚 a big deception and fraud!

This guys own Muslims.com

Joined for a year but then Decided it was not for me.

Contacted muslima.com and they asked me to pay for 1 months worth… Which I did. And then said once I pay for 1 month, i will get my original refund of the 1 year subscription.

Been two weeks now and no refund. Contacted them about 100 times but they just keep ignoring my emails.

Will be complaining to my credit card company as I have a recorded conversation and an email off them saying I will get a refund.

Seems like a 1 man cowboy company. I would not recommend these guys even to my worst enemy.
