I ordered in the spring, 30 day turn around time… sent exact measurements and material/stiching choices… FINALLY arrived in Sept, but ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, PERFECT… lots of bad reviews, but worth a shot… Covid changed the world, dont blame who you're ordering from

I have sent a note to the customer service email several times and no one has responded. The order is well over due and I have not seen or heard from them. There is no phone number – no clue if they still exist or if they took my money and ran. Stay away!

I ordered a cushion on April 9, 2020 and within a few weeks I received another customer's cushion. To make matters worse, the other customer's name was printed in large print on the box and my shipping label was over theirs. There is no 800 number to call to I had to e-mail them and it took a few days for them to respond. Since shipping the other customer's cushion back, I have e-mailed them THREE times over the course of three weeks and have not received a response. This is frustrating and horrible customer service. I would not buy from this company.

I saw Houzz on You Tube with these major celebrity using their website to redecorate homes! I am redesigning my second home and ordered 3 yards of fabric from "Houzz". Paid online and then when the package arrived I received 1 yard. I contacted Houzz and then was notified the product came from Cushion Connection. Then was told Houzz would have the vendor contact me. They did and I tried to tell their person via I only received 1 yard. They didn't get it. I reordered 1 yard and asked via email what the size of the piece I was receiving and they explained 1 yard. So then I again explained they owed me the 2 yards from my 1st order. They agreed to send them gave me a bogus USPS & FED-Ex tracking numbers along with the promise to send an extra yard. Nothing has arrived! Now I've had to reorder the fabric thru another company! DON'T WORK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND WONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL THEM!!!

I was hesitant to order cushions from cushion.com because of the reviews I read. But they have great flexibility when it comes to sizes, they have tons of Sunbrella fabrics, and I took a chance. I've received the cushions and they are absolutely gorgeous. The workmanship is really nice and I can't wait to put them on my patio. So I don't know what the problem was. I was able to get the size I wanted, the fabric I wanted, and I got them in just under a month all in my price range. If you're thinking of ordering from them. Go for it.. I have no connection to this business except as a customer.

I ordered two deep seat cushions online last month, December 2019, instead of going to an upholsterer in my area. Cushion.com promised a 7-10 business day turnaround, and I needed the cushions fast. When they arrived, I ripped the box open and placed one in the chair. HARD AS A ROCK. $300 down the drain. I complained and was told the depth of the cushion was the cause. No. The real cause is they use really cheap foam that is pure crap. I actually threw the cushions in the dumpster, I was so angry. I don't understand how they're still in business. Cushion.com reviews all over the Internet are terrible. Should have read them first before I ordered from this company!

Tried to order on the website twice- went thru all measurements, choosing fabric, adding to cart, and entered cc info, hit submit & ….? I didnt get a 'Thank You", email nothing?
Tried it again and nothing. searched them again for a customer service phone number & found the reviews…
Maybe it was divine intervention. I don't believe I have an order or surely Id receive notification. Poor business

I ordered a window seat cushion which does not measure what I ordered. This website has so many disclaimers about tolerances, etc that they can find a way to dismiss any problems. There is no phone number so you can talk to customer service. Everything is done through email and a service representative. She then consults a production manager. I sent three sets of pictures of this cushion waiting for the production managers appraisal. Its sketchy and theres no recourse. They finally offered me a discount if I wanted to order again. Seriously??

The fabric and cusion are both very low quality, and the product was not built to the specifications listed but since it was past only a 2 day window for customer service they completely dismissed us.

This company provides extraordinarily poor products and their customer service is horrible. I spent a lot of money with them on a custom cushion and what I received was laughable. First, I ordered a striped pattern and they put a seam down the middle of my cushion and the stripes weren't aligned. Secondly, there was a stain on one side about the size of a silver dollar. Thirdly, they shipped it to me, folded in a paper bag, so the cushion still doesn't lay straight. I called them immediately and was told that they could't guarantee the product would be made without a seam (to be fair, their website did disclose this), but the 3" edges didn't have seams, so it's absolutely possible. They also told me they couldn't guarantee they would match the stripes up, so they recommended I choose a different fabric. They offered to replace the cushion or give me a 25% discount. I asked for a full refund since they sent me a dirty, poorly-constructed and absolutely disappointing product and they wouldn't agree to that. Since that email chain, I was hospitalized so it took me two months to find a new fabric and get back to them. I was then informed that too much time had passed and they wouldn't honor the replacement (they have no written policy, just stated in an email that they believe I waited too long to respond). They didn't respond to my second email request for reconsideration. I wish I had read all of the poor reviews they have prior to me buying a cushion. Beware buyers!!!! They sell junk products at premium prices and don't have any idea of what it means to take care of customers.

I ordered cushions they are not of good quality – ties are missing, seams are bulging and the company will not give me any compensation or I can't seem to find out if I can get refund. I need to speak to a manger to make any decisions and hes only available on Tues and Thurs betwn 2:30pm – 4:30pm. What kind of customer service department do they run. They certainly don't have a quality control department if they sent out my cushions unfinished and seams bulging. Be prepaired to lose money with the company or accept the fact that their workmanship is not work the money you pay for the product

The website is great….very easy to use. The problem is the quality of the product. I ordered a custom cushion from them and am very disappointed in the results. The cushion I received was not the measurement I ordered….and more importantly the quality of the craftsmanship is VERY poor. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund on my order. Oddly, the 'manager' who can approve my claim/refund is only available to review customer cases on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:30 PT. I specifically asked the customer rep to have the manager call me to let me know the status of my claim and was told that I would have to call them back…..they are not allowed to make outside calls, which is inconsistent with a reputable company.
