I placed an order on 11/30/16 and have not received the order. I have sent 7+ emails asking for an update or a refund. None of my emails have been responded to. He did state he was in Law Enforcement and did this as a side business and was having trouble with one of his suppliers. I informed him then he need to keep in communication with me and let me know what the status was of the order. Still no respond. I will be contacting Pay Pal for a refund as well as the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered from custom G miami last JULY 2016 and still nothing. Since October I've been extremely patient and understanding as he's been telling me "I'm the only one who does this I fell behind" and lies like "i moved your order ahead should be another month max". So I emailed Abel at custom g miami about my watch like 4 or 5 times in the last three weeks or so and no response now. Last week I posted on his Facebook page asking the question "you're not responding to my emails and it's been a year what's going on with my order". he just deleted the post, then I reposted the question and it seems he blocked me from the page. Won't respond to anything.

Ordered a black paracord watch band on 12-07-2016 and never received it. Got excuse after excuse and finally asked for a refund and didn't get that either. Owner says he is a Florida LEO so I tried to give him the benefit of doubt but now Im out of patience. Ive filed compliants with PayPal and IC3.gov.

Same as the other person. Except mine was ordered August 2016. I got the same reply that due to Christmas they were behind and that they would get it to me as soon as they could. I have posted several comments on their faceBook Page which they have magically disappeared and now no one can comment on the their Facebook page. I've also emailed them several times and I've been told that it has been shipped but I've not gotten any invoice or tracking number. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau .

I bought this watch in February of 2016. I contacted them in March 4th when I never heard anything about it after getting the invoice e-mail. Custom G Miami told me on March 4th, the band is still being manufactured and it will be several more weeks. At the end of March, on the 31st, I contacted them again wondering how much longer. They told me that the watch band manufacturing phase. Once the band is complete, it will be assembled and shipped the following day. I asked them how much longer since it was almost two months since I should have got it in the mail and they told me
We are a little behind right now due to a huge amount of holiday orders that set us back. A couple more weeks more than likely. On April 26th, I contacted them again saying I want my money back if it going to be any longer. They told me my custom band was finished a couple of days ago and I am just waiting for it to arrive here. Once it arrives, your watch will be assembled and shipped out the following day. I will notify you with USPS tracking information once it has shipped. On May 9th, I still hadn't got any e-mail about shipping tracking and asked them where it was and they sent me a picture assuring me my band was in but now the watch face that they use comes from Japan and it was n back order. On June 19th I contacted them again and they said my watch was done and that it will be in the route that following day and be there in two to three days. on June 28 when I contacted them to see where it was they told me he will check on it when he got into the office the net day. I never heard anything back. I messaged them again on August 3rd saying I still haven't got my watch and he again said he will check on it when he gets to the office. I told him I wanted him to call me when got to the office and I gave him my phone number and to email me the tracking information and I sent him my e-mail. On the 5th, he got back to me saying he got it there. The package was damaged by USPS and they could not make out the addressee on the label. Thankfully they were able to make out the return address. The watch is fine. He will be reshipping tomorrow. Now today is the 16th and I called up the tracking number and they USPS told me that tracking number is being waited and he has not even sent any package yet.
