This is to inform the people to not get involved with the "cvmakers.net", based in Gujarat, a website that promises to pay Rs.60 per resume entered with a minimum of 250 resumes to a maximum of 700 resumes within 7 days time with 80% accuracy to get paid in full. I registered over the website on 3rd of August 2020that by completing some resumes i may make some extra money on, completed 697 resumes and submitted the work before 7 days. The website mentions in T&C that after submission of work it gets checked by their team for accuracy & the person will get paid according the number of accurate resumes within 15 days, which i submitted on 11 August 2020 (one of the reason why i completed approx 700 resumes, so even if some are wrong/not accurate, at-least 50% of resumes in any case will be correct and accurate), when i did not receive any reply from them after a week, i emailed them asking what has happened of the work. The next day i received a call from a lady from cvmakers, that they have generated a report and i need to go through it. After going through it, the report mentioned that the accuracy is 76% (out of randomly checked 50 resumes) and i am being given a chance to complete/correct the accuracy and to bring it to 80% to get my pay out AND which i can only do by extending the time to do the above corrections by paying them 2000 for 2 days and 3000 for 5 days of time. I called on to the same number after checking all the resumes which i had uploaded on the website the first time, I got to know after checking 400 resume again for accuracy, there were only 11 resumes wrong or lacking in accuracy (which is still more than 80% accuracy or the number of total resumes i had to complete to get the pay out. I called again to the lady at cvmakers giving her details, she said that anyhow i will have to pay to reach the accuracy.
I told her that i have checked the resume which i uploaded and found only 11 wrong out of 400, which means that the report generated could be correct but it intentionally put only the wrong resumes saying that they were randomly checked which was completely not true. To which she did not understand the reasoning and asked again to pay for the extention and attain accuracy, to which my answer was that please give me a complete report of 697 resumes, which she did not understand and told me she will speak to her senior.
Today is 9 October 2020, I had again tried to contact them on their email address a couple of days back asking for a complete report and payment, to which to date I have not received any communication from their end.
I request people not to get involved with such websites which make you do things for them without anything in advance. Also, I don't have time to go to Gujarat and file a case as I live in Rajasthan. So please don't get into such things and unless you/someone you know has received or have done work for others and got paid.
Thanking you all and just want others not to get fooled by them.
