I needed a long term storage solution and used Cyprus Global Logistics. Friendly and helpful people to deal with. No complaints whatsoever! Will definitely use again if needed. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the friendlyness of the office staff in Cyprus, the speed of shipment and the price.

All my goods arrived way earlier than expected and in good shape.

The only thing why it was not five stars is that I ordered kerbside delivery, but the goods came on a big truck, so that I had to use the help of a friend who has a fork lift to get them off the truck.

I am always perplexed when I read positive comments from people using Cyprus Global Logistics (refer to CGL hereafter). I had an extremely bad experience using this company. I left Cyprus the end of July and put my boxes (20 in total) in their storage, waiting to be shipped to the UK in October. When the boxes finally arrived in November, I was contacted by their local partner in the UK that my payment only included kerbside delivery rather than door to door delivery I was promised by the CGL. On the day of delivery, when the driver cut open the pallet, the boxes were not even mine! I had to call the CGL a couple of times before they found out they made a 'mistake' of sending the wrong boxes (I have moved to four different countries in three different continents in the past five years and never encountered anything like this!). Rather than sending my boxes through air, they had opted for sending the boxes via sea to Greece and from Greece to the UK by land. On the day the boxes arrived, I received an email from the office at CGL at 10am saying that the boxes would arrive by noon (luckily I was working from home that day, or else I would have missed the delivery). Ten minutes after receiving this email, I received a called from their local partner (a different one from the previous time) that the driver is already downstairs. I rushed downstairs immediately only to find out that it was another kerbside delivery. I called the CGL again, and was told what we meant by door to door delivery is kerbside delivery. I had to move 20 boxes to my apartment all by myself. I have requested for a full refund for this mishandling but to no avail. So use this company at your own cost…

My container was damaged and could not be unloaded , I had large delays in recieving my household goods , many items were damaged including fridge television , right off. 2 meter antique mirror shattered etc etc I requested to contact the insured many times no luck o asked for the documentation and eventually the company paid me 350 euros , didn't even cover the cost of 1 of the items . I had to do alot of running around telephoning etc . Big headache and I was forced to sign a release of further compensation in order to get my money !! Very fishy !
