Ordered a piece of furniture online at D盲nisches Bettenlager.
The delivery company called for a delivery appointment, then they didn't show up with the explenation that the driver went home.
Second appointment they didn't show up again with the explenation that the driver didn't reach me on the telefon.
After I escalated this topic, they had a lie saying they were having the wrong number. Not possible since they called for appointments.
The furniture was delivered at the 3rd try and was broken.
After talking to the Service line from D盲nisches Bettenlager, they advised to go with the broken one in the shop and exchange it there. However I would still have to pay the transportation costs. Really?
Probably not the smartest one that one.
I then chosed to send the furniture back and forget about this shop. Now waiting for the money to be transfered back since 10 days, after the pick-up of the package, and after I asked what is going on with the transfer, they said I should be patient.
Sorry D盲nisches Bettenlager, you made me lose my patience.
