Worst insurance there is service under all sow !!! I can only advise everyone not to go directly to the DA! I have been with this insurance company for 4 years. Everything was fine and when I only had to pay my premiums I had vandalism because my car was scratched. From that day on the problems started had to make calls several times afterwards should always call pure Ms. Pistorius she never did then they transferred my amount for the damage and shortly afterwards my insurance was canceled that is an absolute insolence customer service 6 scrap fingers away

I am B酶je Larsen from Denmark, living in Berlin for 10 years. For two years I have had a KFZ-Versicherung by DA Direkt. So far my experiences have been good, i.e. no problems, they did not have to pay anything for me. I paid my fees. But today (18.02) on my Postbank, I saw DA had retracted 186鈧? Last month it was only 124鈧? I phoned them. Long waiting time. The phone connection was disconnected after I had told the man my problem (was it perhaps too inconveniet?). Calling again, long waiting time. Lady listened. And told me that as food it supermarkets also get more expensive (imagine if that would happen? A revolution would take place). She also said that DA had send me a message about the raise. Where? To my online connection to them! But I do not read that. Unfortunately, I have other things to do, than every month entering these apps. In the message, they sent me, she told me, I was informed that could have complained before 14.2.20 (that is four days ago). I reacted today because I saw the money withdrawal in my bank. I also do not understand, why they did not send me an ordinary mail, perhaps with a link. Then it perhaps also got too much for her (I was angry but believe I did not say things or words that cannot be published. If DA-Direkt has the recording, I ask them to publish it here on Truspilot.) She then said she would transfer me to another Mitarbeiter (one of the tougher guys?), but again the connection was cut, I could not talk with the Mitarbeiter. I will fight them with all legal and decent means. Addition 25.2.20: DA-Direkt has accepted my cancellation of the insurance by 15.3.20. I have therefore raised the number of stars to 3.

The insurance did not send me a new bill for the upcoming year dispite the fact, that they had my new adress. Then they did not call, write an email or anything. They simply informed the offical registration. My car was not insured for 10 days. It was searched by police.
Now the problem is solved. When I asked why they did not contact me, they said it sould be to much effort. SERIOUSLY???
When I complained, they laughed!
