Ordered and puppy they said they had for sale. Sent them money and never received the puppy. Tryes to contact and they blocked my number.

I was looking to purchas a 12 week puppy listed on their website about 1 month ago. I put in my contact information and I received a response saying they can't talk but could text. They shared information about the puppy Star and said he's available. Approximately 2-3 weeks later, I inquired again if the puppy was available. Theynsaid yes. The puppy is still listed as 12 weeks. They wanted me to send them $1100 thrrough zele or cash app. Then when I pushed back they said they will accept half and can give them half after delivery of the puppy. So I tried calling them again but they said they were at work and couldn't talk but could text. I looked up the numbers (that they were texting from) and it was registered to a 90 year old man name something Williams…if you initiate contact on the website they will reach out. My concern is more than a month later the same puppies are listed as available with the same age. In addition the zele name is Bekongcko Ngufueat…it was a DC area code phone number. I deleted my correspondence with them but please look into this.

Went on website and found a dog I wanted. Stared communicating with them through e mail . Seem pretty good . Paid down payment through western union. Set up a day and sent rest of money a couple days prior like they instructed and never heard anything else.
