It's always that one person that thinks they know everything I had a conversation with a guy name Shawn that claim , it costs millions to create a Jacuzzi or hot tub and it's hard to find a manufacturer that's going to be open to customization. What Shawn didn't know is that I am a business owner and my Mansion that I'm building will have 50-70 rooms so any manufacturer that's willing to assist me , with customizing 50-70 jacuzzis or hot tubs would have been paid happy afterwards these guys like Shawn love bragging about how long they been doing their Job. It's a typical thing White people love doing that pisses off everyone because nobody cares about your tenure especially since you are an employee and not the owner of the company. You have a lot businesses suffering because of braggers and know it all's like Shawn I didn't ask for information about how much companies spend making jacuzzis or hot tubs , he provided me with unwanted information and that's why I had to end the call I don't know why no one has reported Shawn but trust me he's not going to be with the company that long. Customers love companies that's willing to go above and beyond to exceed their expectations doing the same thing you've been doing , and refusing to change to better the business is the reason why people choose businesses that doesn't mind giving you what you want.

Purchased about (8) 15 year warranty 20×40 covers in the last 15 years. Neighbors dog and falling tree limbs were the culprit. This year I purchased the same heavy duty 15 year cover but it was very thin compared to previous covers. It lasted 5 months. I suspect it was a 5 year cover in a 15 year cover box. It is porous and it leaks. It caused an algae problem which cost me $650 in chemicals alone to remedy. I contacted these people 4 times and did not even receive an acknowledgement for receipt of the email. Very poor/non-existent customer service. Advise you do not buy covers from this company. They don't respond to emails and won't honor the warranty.

I had order couple items from them, price is little better than other, but shiipng is slow and still had not shipp my other order been more than one week and communication is relly bad.

I always order my hot tub chemicals from this company and find them to be very good. They have a big selection and an extensive web site. One time, I needed a heater for my tub and called up and they had it in stock and I got it within 3 days. Very happy. Would recommend to others. Mary Edwards, Flagstaff, AZ

I ordered a $350 motor that showed available and received a confirmation email to the order and after a week and 2 emails using their order status process have received absolutely no communication. Not a call or email…..Nothing. Buyer beware.
