I am rewriting this review because DANA posted my full name in error. My time at DANA was very stressful. Although I was starting Danish classes they refused to speak english to me and had to have my boyfriend interpret each time. When they saw my side business to which I made them aware of, they would not pay benefits until it was closed down, to which can take up to 6 months. It was their recommendation because it was "easier" but really harder. They could have offered support and went through the process or helped in ANY WAY. They made mistakes almost every month with my account. But they didn't move a finger. I would not go with them at all. I transferred my benefits to a new holder. They have ZERO empathy. They don't care about their customers – even though they have rules they must abide by – they could offer support and have meetings to help people. Once again, they don't care. I have a job now – thank goodness!
