So I joined the DYF family in January and since day 1 I鈥檝e loved it – Natasha Capolla our Dance Teacher in Portlaoise made it so much fun. I then signed up for the next course which was unfortunately cancelled due to COVID. Thankfully Niall & the team had a plan and there started the first 28 day challenge, followed by the 2nd and now the soon to start 3rd. All I can say is thank you Niall, Kate, Michelle & all the gang at DYF is been fab. Not only am I dancing (sometimes with 2 left feet!!) and doing the fitness classes but it has also inspired me to get out walking everyday and also eating healthier – with an added bonus of losing about 6lbs.

If you鈥檙e thinking of signing up – stop thinking and do it, I promise you won鈥檛 regret it. 馃槉

Hi I had done January session in Galway and saw 28 day challenge – yahoo I have done it! Thanks to Niall and Michelle for a very doable Programme! I am not a natural dancer but could keep up being a little behind at times (synchopated maybe?) LOVED THE YOGA DAYS found them very relaxing. I would recommend them for toning but do miss the sociability of the class. Thank you

I found out a couple of years ago that I suffer with fibromyalgia. I struggled for a few months to come to grips with the condition but from last summer, I was able to manage it with a mixture of acupuncture treatments and regular exercise of which a weekly Dance Yourself Fit was a part. When the lock down started, I was left without all this and I feared I would be back struggling. Thankfully DYF came up trump and started their online challenges. I enjoy the variety of exercises offered and also the positivity and support available from the whole group. From Niall & Kate, their family and team but also from all the members working their own way through the 28 day challenge

I joined Dance Yourself Fit in the last 28 day challenge. I was finding working from home intense during the pandemic. I needed to make some time for me. I love to dance and so gave DYF a try. What a precious gift I had given to myself. Niall is a fantastic teacher with a big heart who encourages and challenges but never judges and he makes sure the classes are so inclusive. The DYF group are very supportive and so welcoming.
I have no hesitation in recommending this. It isn't just a dance class it is a truly amazing experience!

I have been a dyf member since the first class in the Talbot Hotel, wexford and have loved every minute of it. We had the most amazing teacher in Sabrina and although I miss these fun nights, being part of the 28 day challenge has enabled me to continue doing what has become the most enjoyable form of exercise I have ever taken. It has really made these very unusual times easier to get through and Nialls motivation is infectious.

I've really enjoyed the last 24 days, nearly got to 28 days but workload has exploded for the next week or so and then I'll be back! I was a complete beginner, so had 2 left feet at the start but slowly I'm improving – I can cha cha, do a bit of rumba and paso, not too bad at the jive, the samba is still my nemesis! But, it's all done with a smile on my face which is the best bit! Really enjoy Michelle's workouts too, quite different from ones I've done before and the Saturday chill-out sessions are great. Many thanks Niall, MIchelle and all!

I have thrived by being a part of this DYF group, of which I joined last year in April. Dance has been something I have loved since I was a young teenager and I missed the classes we used to have at the Convent when I finished schooling there. When I saw this new group start up a year ago, I was so excited and joined straight away. I am Monaghan based and the weekly dance workouts are brilliant. Full of fun, laughter and great moves! The music provided is perfect and I really get into the rhythm. Have never looked back and enjoyed every minute of it.The online workouts/break down of steps that Niall provides for us, along with his daily motivational talks, are such a bonus to have, so that we don't forget our steps and are motivated by his excellent choice of words to help us get through each day. Niall is a 'scream' on the dance-floor, as his humour is very infectious and after the cardio, I am left feeling invigorated and content. He puts so much hard work and effort into preparing the workouts and we all appreciate it very much. The DYF Team have worked incredibly hard to help us get through this pandemic, and the support they offer is just fantastic!. All the members support and help each other out, so its like one BIG FAMILY. I look forward to many more months of sharing all the emotions, joy and sometimes, upsets and setbacks that we all can go through… but being there for each other,.is what helps us to persevere.. Long may this DYF Group last.

Delighted to highly reccommend the DYF 28Day Challenge, it has been a truly positive experience for me. I started dancing with DYF a year ago and am truly addicted to the feel good factor. With current Covid 19 restrictions in place our current classes were defferred, so when Niall Newman took action and introduced another 28Day Challenge I jumped on board again. Niall will encourage you every step of the way with morning motivational talks which you won't want to miss. His inspiration and positive words are exactly what will motivate you to believe in yourself. With Nialls dance cardio workouts, fitness fundamentals and yoga decompression from Michelle and advice on healthy food choices and support from Kate you will feel energised and alive, I know I do. Like me you will be welcomed by the wonderful members who are all hugely supportive to each other, there is no room for negativity in this group! This last challenge has formed a greater bond within us as we became accountablility partners increasing our motivation and support for one another as we all strive for our individual goals. However we all have one common goal – to become the best person we can be.

Thank you Niall, Kate, Michelle and the DYF Team.
I'm now a DYF'r for Life.

Hi All. I've just completed a 28 day challenge with DYF and it has been fantastic.
Niall is a brilliant dance teacher, motivator and an inspiring person. He has a fab team who all add something special to the DYF challenge. When you enrol in these 28 day challenges you will encounter anything from dancing, high cardio workouts, walking, healthy menus and classes with a personal trainer. You can even learn Spanish.馃拑馃拑馃拑馃拑

A very well organised supportive community group that helps members to get energised and fit through the medium of dance combined with fitness and health tips. Great support along the 28 day journey from the DYF coaches and the members as a whole with lots of tips on setting goals and following through on them.

The 28 day challenge was very good and very enjoyable. There was a nice blend between cardio and fitness and it has helped to add a fitness structure and focus during this lock down time that is good for mind and body. Niall is passionate about his field and is very committed to making it fun. He has a very nice way about him with enthusiasm in abundance. Michelle is excellent and her voice is soothing. Recommend joining. Fiona

The 28 day challenge for me was an opportunity to do something about the rut I was stuck in. The lockdown was the perfect excuse to over indulge and to throw caution to the wind when it came to my health and fitness. Not one to be inactive I found that I was sleeping in late, feeling sluggish and every time I looked at my hand it was in my mouth. It began to takes its toll when I stopped liking what I'd see in the mirror and what I was becoming until an email came into my inbox inviting me to take part in a challenge that had extras bonus. Not one to miss a bargain I signed up not knowing whether I'd complete it or not. The first few days were tough I must admit but I worked through it. My attitude changed when I had an 'aha' moment. Dance had always been my passion and I'd forgotten that. No longer a chore now, it became something to look forward to. That coupled with the early morning talks by Niall, the DYF family and all the support has seen me staying the course, a lot happier, healthier and looking forward to next challenge. For me I wasn't about losing weight although I have toned up a good bit, it was about the will to change. Although small, sometimes tiny at first, but change none the less has me feeling like a winner. Once I got of my own way I've been making strides. So a huge thank you to everyone at dance yourself fit and it's supportive family. Eileen.
