I have been very happy with the high level of customer service and communication at Darling Deviance. I preordered something, and the manufacturer was not able to meet the demand for the yarn within the expected time frame. I was advised as soon as the shop was made aware, and they gave me the option to wait or receive a refund. I chose to wait, and am thrilled with the product, as well as the prompt notifications from the staff when it arrived in store, and was shipped. I'll certainly be buying again here!

The online inventory apparently didn't match what they actually had on hand but the customer service made up for that! I'm still waiting for my order but I will be ordering from them again 🙂

While I was disappointed that there was a stock error and some products were no longer available, they called me directly to let me know and to advise what substitutes were available. When I received my shipment they had added in a crochet hook gauge as a freebie. I was pleased with the personal service.

Well so far so good based on the fact that I was able to purchase a kit for the 2019 CAL. Unfortunately I was later told that it鈥檚 going to be delayed. While I understand that you are only able to sell what your supplier sends you it鈥檚 still disappointing.

Hi: I am able to give my opinion for Darling Deviance. The items I purchased from Darling Deviance arrived very quickly. I never used Clover Bamboo circulars before and I must admit that they are quite lovely to use. The yarn is Lion Brand Wool Ease thick and quick, it is a size 6 yarn, and it is really nice to work with. As for the items I bought I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would also mention that I bought the items from Darling Deviance, the service was very good and fast. shirley40

The people in this shop are friendly and knowledgeable about their yarn and accessories. They have a wonderful selection of specialty yarns and more economic yarns which makes it the perfect place for anyone. I love going in and just browsing for any new products.

I used one and the cable eye which, I believe is
plastic, is too cheap and is already torn.
