I ordered favors from them for my wedding that were featured on a blog. After I paid, I was informed the label design that they plaster across their website and socials no longer existed. I was going to try to create a custom label but their custom service team is abhorrent. They kept copying and pasting the same reply to me. After a few frustrating back and forths, I cancelled but they refused to give me a full refund. VERY SHADY – Do yourself a favor and stay away. There are much better options on Etsy.

Stay away!! I made a payment/order (Transaction ID: 18159528V20843349) on their (user-unfriendly) website and was then sent back and fourth through various email responses (all very un-helpful) only to be presented with a price 6 times higher than the original price paid. When I complained and asked for my money back I was told the confusion occurred because I didn't place the order correctly!?! (Apparently the customer is always wrong). I have since asked for a refund and even though they have said yes, NOTHING has even been put back in my paypal account! Clearly a SCAM website.

I sent an email to the contact person of the online store: [email protected] Person responded stating item available and would be sent 2-day shipping. Name of contact (if real) Bennie C. Johnson. Noticed www.ecrater.com, store host, suspended account. I had to contact them, to which they referred me to PayPal to report the scam.
eCrater does state on their terms that they are not liable and they do not check the sellers, but they were quick to suspend this account. There are several complaints about this website. Stay away. Report to FTC and BBB to try to get the site offline.

we were trying to get some custom wedding favors, and just trying to order samples was confusing, eventually after i managed to figure it out they stopped responding to my emails and as far as i know took my money and never sent me anything.
edit: they finally responded to my email saying they shipped my order on 5/25. i paid for my samples on 5/8 and didn't hear from them until 5/29 about the status (and only after multiple requests for information) if you are in a hurry and/or like to know whats going on with your orders, avoid this company.

i never received what i ordered months in advance- and they wont refund my money back. I hope they don't do this to anyone else!

Excellent Customer Service and creative team! We wanted favors to match our country theme, and DaSweetZpot Designers created unique favors with seasonal country jams. Our guests loved the favors! Very happy with the service and product, and they are all great, very patient with us. Would highly recommend!!!

Thank you for making our amazing gifts. Everyone loved them and the jam inside. We chose DaSweetZpot for many reasons. I loved that it was not a generic hotel mini jar of jam. I loved having the option of the size and shape of the jar, the embellishments and the choice of jam. I wanted something a little bigger than 2 oz and the shape of the jar was so different than the other options I saw on other sites. The Farmer Market embellishment really fit with our theme too. The favors really turned out beautiful and looked very much like something you would see at a farmers market. Katie M.

appauling service, after seven months of waiting i still have not recieved the book i ordered and the company refuse to respond to my emails…Do not do business with this company as you will never get the product and you will lose your money!!!
