Datainsure has great customer service. I found that the Quickbooks integration works very well. Any time I have a question, they respond quickly and are extremely patient with me.

I have had great interactions with this group so far. They are very straightforward and helpful. They have good rates for a tiny business like mine. They are very kind when dealing with a first time store owner like myself. Chris Perl is the salesman that contacted me and Lindsey Bobbitt is the customer service rep that just took care of a problem I had (that was completely my fault). I recommend this company.

I have been a client of Datinsure since 2013. I have no complaints with the processing at all. I love the fact that they integrate with Quickbooks. I was concerned that I would have to re key information into my invoices but it is a one step operation. The software will save the credit card numbers and exp dates so you do not have to re enter that information again and again. Not only time saving steps but no worry about typing in the wrong numbers. My company has to manually enter credit card information since I am considered an on line business. Datainsure beats Intuit's prices hands down. I get a call each year to run my mandatory compliance which takes seconds.
I am very happy with my rep, Chris Pearl. He is extremely responsive to my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone especially for Intuit users
