They believe themselves to be the Devine Lead service. The only positive thing i have to say about this company is the return service… as long as i'm an a$$hole to the clients and hang up on them immediately after finding they don't fit my filters that is… otherwise they don't approve the refund. Not to mention you get penalized each time you do.

4 leads in a row not qualified… Each return ensure's i'll be spending a little more on my bid if i want to win a lead.

$120 minimum is a complete ripoff for this. I had success back in 2018 but they thought they were worth the extra money and thought they could afford to slack on quality…

P.S. I have a recording of their rep letting a pregnant lady through my filters even after she said she was pregnant. Dirty company.. Don't give them your money.

Over the last year I have written business through datalot. Dave Nelson has been a tremendous help in navigating through the datalot platform. By have a dedicated account manager partnering with our brokerage has been invaluable. His communication has always been prompt and address any questions I have.

By far the only live transfer provider we've had success. Their customer service department is quick to respond to concerns and in trying to maximize your dollars. Ready for a big 2019 after refining geo targeting area.

Awful leads with a majority not having addresses.

Katte McNeil is the best account manager I've ever had. She is quick to respond to my questions and is always there helping me with ideas and solutions. It's hard to find this with any vendor out there. Very happy with Katte and Datalot.

This is my second review of Datalot, and overall I am satisfied with the results. To date I have closed 21% of my quotable calls, and that is a rate I can live with. There are ebbs and flows to this and the results are not immediate, but if you work the leads, you should close your fair share.

My only issue with this company is their return policy. In this field you deal with a lot of customer dishonesty and that should be a reason for returning a lead. If the caller says they have no accidents the past 5 years, and is then transferred to the agent paying for the call, the agent should have the ability to run the reports to find out the truth. But if you run an "Underwriting" report, the call cannot be returned, which is not fair to the agent. If the caller lies, why should I be responsible for paying for it? And if it takes my running the CLUE and MVR to determine the truth, why am I penalized? Now, even the Pre-Fill report is considered an underwriting report. All that does is show their current insurance, if they have any.

So overall, the close rate is acceptable, but the return policy is not. So make up your mind beforehand and determine if you can live with the return policy that eats away your available funds that could go towards quotable, legitimate leads. I'm now working with my second account manager, and he is doing a much better job of answering my questions, and taking care of my issues.

Other than a few glitches here and there this is one of the top lead vendors on the market. I have been in insurance for 17 years and have used every vendor on the market and these guys seem to offer the best options and customer service. My only complaint is they need to allow for more filter options for live calls.

the leads are top quality……they work with you if a credited is requested and it is great to have a person that is dedicated to my account if I have a question or concern

For the most part Datalot is a good lead vender and we're happy with their services. The only complaint I would have is their refund policy, at times they can be very difficult when it comes to returning leads. Which can be frustrating because of the amount of funding we put into their leads. Other than that little hiccup we're happy with the lead quality.

We've been with several lead vendors offering deep discounts and special programs-they have all ended in deep dives into my bank account and special rewards for their sales staff and very little ROI for us! Not so with Datalot-It's been smooth sailing since our first conversation with our rep.Clint and I don't need to look over my bank statement wondering where all my money went!
