Produits de pi猫tre qualit茅 (housse de matelas achet茅 au prix fort faite en mat茅riaux qui se d茅sint猫grent des le premier jour d'utilisation) le SAV n'a rien voulu, ils m'ont dit "qu'elle 茅tait utilis茅e (24h !!!) et qu'elle ne pouvait par cons茅quent pas 锚tre rembours茅e ces escrocs !
SPAM t茅l茅phoniques et par mail, pour vous harceler et vous inciter 脿 commander

I am very upset about the service I have received, I placed an order on 24th May 2012 and Daxon took the money for payment from my account on 31st May, today is the 21st June 2012 and after lots of calls to them and being informed goods on delivery lorry they have still not arrived today I was told delivered yesterday, this is not the case.

Told they would put in a claim with the courier which will take up to 28 days asked if they could despatch a new order as wanted for my holiday told yes but I would have to pay for them again.

This is not acceptable as I do not have funds to pay for them again and they have already stated that they will refund original payment.

I have told them to close my account and asked the question as to why they did not understand there was a problem before we got nearly a month down the road their response was we told you it was on the lorry hello I am not a fool if it was on the lorry on 31st May it would have been delivered before 20th June.

I hate being lied to and taken for a fool
