This company is evil. They will not listen and when you write to them they just ignore what you say. I have received a PCN (which is basically an invoice) for a car park stay when both I and my wife were in Fuertaventura. The car was left with an airport car parking compamy. Whoever was driving the car was doing so without my permission. I have told them this and sent them proof of where I was.
Somebody called Arthur Hobbs sent me a standard letter back saying I had to pay. He had obviously not even read my letter. I rang up and asked to speak to him and was told that he doesn't take calls. (Does he even exist?) The "agent" said she would try to "help" me but then just badgered me for payment.
The car driver is responsible for payment and I can prove that it wasn't me but this evil, many grubbing company only care for the cash!

Disgusting! If I could take away the star I would. Talking over you and interrupting and then ending the call when all you want to do is to ask them to hold off the annoying letters until the appeal is sorted. Shameful people still treat you like this during the circumstances we are in!

These people are the scum of the earth. During Corona pandemic threatening people totally heartless. Shocked my son get the letter as he did not even get a chance to appeal it! Asked so many times to get the code to submit an appeal to the independent appeals service and nothing materialised. Their findings are totally irrelevant to us and we will be going to court. We parked outside of markings of the bay or space when another vehicle was in our space and we have lived in this building for 12 years!

Just called this company about a Parking ticket from January which i have appealed 3 times with premier park. the manager a wendy schofield who is supposed to be a collections manager, was rude and aggressive.
I explained everything to her which she interupted me several times and still stated that i have to pay the fee of 拢170. so its gone up from拢90 and no reasoning from were all the charges have come from.

Poor customer services and to top it all off started to ask personnel information about when i moved house.
very rude.

Called them because we'd received two letters for two separate 拢170 parking fines. These fines have been incorrectly sent to us as the car registration detailed on the letters does not, and has never belonged to us and we've not been to the locations detailed on the letters.
Spoke to a man who took my name and then the letter reference number. He then said he couldn't talk to me about the account because the letter is addressed to my husband. I politely pointed out that it didn't really matter because I didn't want to discuss the account, just make them aware that the letters have been sent incorrectly as my husband doesn't have a vehicle registered in his name. Before I could finish that sentence, the guy interrupted me with 'ok goodbye madam' and hung up on me! How rude! So I called back. This time I got through to a woman who took my name and reference number. She asked who I was calling on behalf of and I told her it was my husband. She then asked if I was going to pay the fines. So I explained very politely that there must have been and error as the car reg on the letters doesn't belong to us and that my husband (whom the letter was addressed to) doesn't have a car registered in his name anyway. So she had a look on her system, asked if I'd ever lived and this other address on her record, which we hadn't. Then she said that she'd removed our address from the account and we wouldn't hear from them anymore.
What a bizarre company, and initially really rude!

Pretty awful company posing as an official debt collector. A word of advice to everyone who gets a letter from this company. Do your research. The company has likely NOT purchased your debt, and has no legal authority to either enforce any charge, nor waive any charge. Write to them, ask them to clarify if that's true or not, and tell them that you will have no further dealings with them and the original claimant must contact you directly. Also tell them that if they continue to contact you, you will report them to the police for a potential breach of the Protection from Harrassment Act.

Leeches parked for a couple of minutes in a pub car park ( the day after my only sister passed away). I needed urgent medication from the next door chemist. I appealed which was acknowledged but never got a decision just passed on to a debt collection agency.

I have called DPR today to advise them that I had a paid the fine directly to Euro Parks which would you believe emanated from my son parking on a Esso Garage on Christmas Eve 2019 having taken our young grandson to have a hair cut but went over by 20 minutes because of queues. We have often used this garage to fill up with fuel and buy from shop.

I initially wrote a letter on behalf of my son to Euro Parks early this year to explain the reason for my sons delay getting back to his vehicle and being late on Christmas Eve would they show some compassion and cancel the fine of 拢102.50 or reduce it something more affordable due to my sons financial situation, but they replied not accepting the reasons for going over time.

Then he received a letter from DPR on behalf of Euro Parks asking for around 拢170.00 which I thought was extortionate. I called them but they were very rude and abrupt not accepting a lower offer of payment. Trying to reason with them was so difficult that in the end they just shut the phone down on me even though I was not rude to them other than my irritation of their very cold and callous attitude.

In the end I wrote to Euro Parks again and paid the original 拢102.50 to settle the original debt which they accepted and the audacity to say they accepted it as a gesture of goodwill.

Then I received a letter today from DPR today asking us to settle the debt at a reduced fee of 拢153.00 which confused me as Euro Parks had wrote to me previously accepting the 拢102.50 as full and final acceptance and the matter closed. So I called DPR and after several attempts got through and I explained to the woman who again sounded very abrupt of my payment directly to Euro Parks with this she requested that I send proof of this. I asked why they could not get in touch with their Client Euro Parks to confirm this if I gave her the details over the phone and with that she shut the phone down on me. It sounded like the same woman I had spoken to previously.

I will be making an official complain to the Financial Ombudsman of DPR as they are not a very nice company to deal with and I think some of their call handlers may need training in how to handle people in a better way.

I have just called this company requesting some advice as i am authorised to park at my place of work, yet had received a ticket, of which i was informed this would be cancelled. I received a letter and called to explain. The guy who answered was extremely patronising, rude and exceptionally unhelpful. Clearly did not have an ounce of empathy in him and didnt want to listen to my situation. i was trying to see what the best resolution would be in these circumstances but in the end he just batted me away. What a shockingly dreadful company!

I have just spoken to a rude arrogant woman who wouldn鈥檛 give me her name. And she told me I was. I was offended when she asked about very personal details about my life. At the end of the call after setting up a payment plan I wanted to tell her what I thought and the attitude she had but she said she was ending the call. And she did. Most unpleasant. This was for a parking ticket issued in a private car park by a station when my husband had just died and my son was upset, At the time I explained all this to the company but they didn鈥檛 care. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. The world is in crisis and yet the sharks 鈥楧ebt recovery plus鈥?are circling. Be warned

This company got in touch with me saying EBay had sold my debt onto them , a 拢20 fee I forgot to pay and said they had added a further 拢10 on as they are now dealing with it ! I was literally just about to give them my card details but something about it was just off . Hung the phone up and went straight onto my eBay account and sure enough the money I owed was only 拢20. My debt hasn鈥檛 been sold to these people. Thank god I didn鈥檛 hand my card details over. I don鈥檛 have a clue how they knew about the money I owed to EBay very very dodgy ! Be careful don鈥檛 trust this company !!!!!!

Out of the blue I got a demand from them with a totally wrong address on it. The post office had amended it so it came to me. I rang up to talk to someone as I had no idea what it was for and everyone was really rude and unhelpful. All they told me was it was my fault they had the totally incorrect address. They said they could not help me get it sorted and that I should just pay. I said I would not and they told me to raise a complaint on the website. I have done this twice now and the last reponse said they would not look into it and dont reply to the mail as they do not answer them. They run the business by threatening people and not actually sorting the issue or being helpful to even see if any monies are actually owed. An awful organisation

Was sent a reminder letter saying I 鈥渕issed the first PCN payment鈥?even though I didn鈥檛 receive it in the first place. Been trying to call them, but their offices are closed due to the pandemic that鈥檚 going on. However, I did send an email regarding my problem, but they just completely jumped over my question and listed some government rules I haven鈥檛 even heard of. Called multiple times but they keep me on hold for a long time, and once I was put through the lady at the phone was utterly rude. They didn鈥檛 even have a computer to check my details. Such scammers. Using the coronavirus to their advantage.

I took this unauthorised company to court were they use every dirty trick in the book spelling mistakes on paperwork they even said they had no address in dukinfield so I sent a blank piece of paper to Dukinfield with deliberate spelling mistakes of the address and sent it recorded post in court they still said they had not received any court papers as it was incorrectly spelt I produced the signature who signed for it the judge said we take it papers have been served regardless of spelling they then tried to say that debt recovery plus Ltd should be Drpl or debt recovery plus the judge said I don't care what name they use they are the same company. Please note that if you get other letters off zenith collections or pcs parking collection services they are debt recovery plus as they use several aliases they also have a legal team called cst law based in Sheffield who also use the name credit styles Ltd they are all in the debt recovery plus group of companies so all be on the lookout for these names

This company works on the basis that a percentage of people will pay them. Please don鈥檛. I phoned them as I had a letter asking for 拢170 for a parking charge that I knew nothing about (Turned out to be a Euro Carp Parks that I have used….Euro Car Parks always back down by the way when you challenge them and now try to hide behind these DRP people). 鈥淢ike鈥?answered the phone and after being polite for the first 10 seconds, then went on a rant at me. When I tried to explain that I was asking for information relating to the alleged offence, he said 鈥淲hat did you call me?鈥?as if I had just swore at him or something. I hadn鈥檛 and told him so, then asked why he thought I had. He then got aggressive again said 鈥淟et鈥檚 put it through the courts鈥?and hung up. I am going to phone him everyday, he won鈥檛 get any money though. Today I will be asking for his registration number with 鈥?The Law Service鈥? I have made this organisation up, so let鈥檚 see how he gets on. 馃榿 .REMEMBER Always make sure that YOU are polite to these people and when they get aggressive say鈥滺ey, I am recording this conversation 鈥?They will slam the phone down.

All car parks way east London and I live in west, I also don鈥檛 own a car.

Ridiculous. Do not engage, clearly a scam.

I am currently dealing with Adam Wilkes at DRP I have phoned them twice and got the same call handler twice. Makes me wonder just how big this firm is. I told them I was being extorted and this looks like fraud. I was told premier park ltd had sent me 3 letters claiming an over stay at a free car park. I told them I had not received any letters. Strangely enough as I had not replied in 28 days to the original letter (which I have not received) I was not entitled to appeal. I can鈥檛 prove something that I have not had. It does look like the law is on their side as all they need is proof of postage. I have requested this and am waiting their reply. Funny reading a review here that drp had not received court letters in the post. Maybe they should take their own advice. I have bluntly been told I have 2 options pay or further action will be taken. I asked what this was and he said court proceedings. I ask him to clarify this, that we would go to court he said yes. I am looking forward to my day in court. I seriously doubt it will ever happen. They have hung up twice on me. I will never put the phone down first. When I challenged Adam on the charge he got flustered. Ask for a 鈥淪ubject Access Request鈥?they have to give you all information they have to you. Should you get a PCN from private parking take it to popla online appeal process. I have not had that opportunity because they can鈥檛 even post a letter well 3 in fact. Extortion and fraud at work here it鈥檚 like email phishing they sent out enough letters a good percentage of decent people will pay it.

I received an initially worrying letter saying I had a "reduced" fine of 拢126, as they are being "thoughtful" of any hardships during the COVID-19. It felt odd to me as it was not an official government parking fine notice or "PCN", on further examination the vehicle registration they quoted is not my car registration, the car park I was supposedly parked in longer than the allotted time is one I have never been to and it was on a day I was at work, parked in the secure work car park and can prove this. I have just emailed them to say all that and don't intend to have any more interactions with this "company". Came on here to confirm what I had suspected, that they are scammers. Disgusting. I don't intend to engage with them any further. I am annoyed I even provided them with my email now but easy fix for that –> junk mail, block, delete. Do not fear if you have received a letter from this "company", they are scammers and you don't owe money. I see that other people have reported them, I will do the same.

HOW DARE YOU ! YOUR HORRIBLE in this awful state that we are in i work in the nhs and at the moment there is 4 adults in my household only my wage coming in .. and you want 170 pound because i was 7 mins over my time … your disgusting and should be ashamed ..
