My son finished paying off his bankruptcy with DebtStoppers he went through the class finished that the last process was a paper that he had to fill out and fax back to them he faxed the paper work in November 5th 2019 he called and asked them did they received the paperwork they said yes so he called and checked again today which is December 5th 2019 now they're saying that they did not receive the fax and to reopen and close the case again he needs to spend $250 that is a bunch of BS people trust you guys to help them but then you turn around and scan them that is not right but he has his proof so now we'll see what happens after this

Don鈥檛 use these Attorneys,, Iam very Unsatisfied.They change attorneys too much you never have the same one it鈥檚 hard to get In contact to speak to someone concerning your case ..if it鈥檚 not doing the early morning hours you You cannot reach anyone To speak to. You have to leave a voicemail for them to return your call Poor communication. They are not good at getting the correct information that is needed for your case I have paid off my Creditors from years ago and now I am repaying them because a lot of information was still on my credit report but those creditors were paid off in a previous Bankruptcy from prior year鈥檚,, it was paid in full .. I received letter that I had completed all of my payments,, but for some reason it looks like I鈥檓 paying these Creditors again ,, I have Proof aswell but with this Firm ,, they to me do not have there skills together,, sorry I used them ,, People have various reasons for choosing Bankruptcy mine was Extremely a hardship.. I expected better service

I missed the last class due to work. Tried to reschedule and I was told it was to late and they dropped me after paying them $900. Then, called the next week and said we tried to take a payment and it wouldn鈥檛 go thru. Clearly, they are some scammer. Because after going up there to get clarity on rather on not they are gonna stop me or I can reschedule the last class. I was told it will be another $600! SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!! They didn鈥檛 help me and my family at all. Broke us!????????

Everything's went very well. I just have one question I had a judgement taken off, I had no other obligations. Withanyone else but as soon as one was taken off another one was added. Please check this judgement please.
