Registered and ordered on Wednesday with expected delivery on Monday. Email received "order being processed".
Email received Saturday 22:34 Order Cancelled with no explanation.
All decathalon mail is routed into spam by default…which suggests poor practices by decathlon

Ripoff company DON'T use.
Ordered two items, a pair of skates and a bag for said skates. Everything was ordered confirmed and payment taken. However instead of the order turning up 3 days later I get some bulls*%t auto fill email saying my order (I presume the whole thing who knows they didn't say?) could no longer be fulfilled and they will return my money in 7 days…..7 DAYS!!!
Can't speak for the in store experience but the website is a total joke.

went to the Surrey quay branch, wanted to check if we could get a free service on 2 bikes we bought last year
stood in a queue of one other person at the bike repair section..waited for 15mins with at least 6 staff working behind the counter…finally l went to customer service and the lady went to check , she came back and said you have to book online service and anyway because it had been 9 months the service would be 拢35.I said oh l was away for 2 months then corona hit l haven't had a chance to get here… well she said that was before corona virus…so you have to pay 拢35…l paid 拢700 for those bikes and have found decathlon customer service terrible……Definately will not be going back….

I am really disappointed with the manager Ruben from Brent cross, my girlfriend and I were buying a bike, it was the only one left in store. When we arrived at the till my girlfriend and I realized that the bike was damaged ( we understood why it was the only one left in store ). We tried to speak with the manager asking if it was possible to order another one but unfortunately it was out of stock every where. We asked if it was possible to have a discount but we can see on his face that it wasn鈥檛 happy about that, he was quite annoyed and first he said no that it wasn鈥檛 possible. After explained to him and showed to him where the bike was damaged he offered us 拢5 discount just because it was too hard for him helping us to find a better solution. The price of the bike was around 拢200. I hope that other manages in other store can offer a better customer service and a discount more than 2.5%

Will never order from them again, recently ordered a bike for my daughter had to wait for delivery which was ok, it actually arrived a day early. When I opened the box it was the wrong bike, not even close, I ordered a childs bike, I received a mans racer bike. I've been trying with no success for days to get help but all I'm getting is an email a day saying they will look into this, what does that even mean. My daughter is so upset, will never shop here again.

As a returning customer to Decathalon, here in the UK and in Barcelona, my wife ordered a new pair of trainers to be delivered via their Royal Mail Tracked-48hr service (DCUK6662729)
The order turned up several days late and Decathalon customer service were not particularly interested, blaming Royal Mail or me, for the delay.
Not impressed. Won't be using Decathalon again.

I ordered a pair of Look clipless road bike pedals from Decathalon at the cost of 拢57.98, Delivery didn't take too long, was told it would be the 9th, then the 8th, actually turned up on the 7th. All good you might think? No, not all good at all! What I actually received was a pair of fingerless cycling gloves for a 4 year old child! I personally think they ran out of stock (despite saying they were in stock) and decided to send me the cheapest thing laying around to keep me hanging about until they came back into stock!
The only number available to call them on goes directly to voicemail, which they never respond to. They never respond to Facebook Messenger or directly to Their Facebook page, absolutely disgusting. I've already instigated a chargeback from Paypal.
Check out the other recent reviews, it's not a "one off"… Useless!

Their customer service team are either all incompetent or all liars!!! I placed an order on 28th March, I've queried EVERY DAY (via email and FB Messenger) when it will be dispatched. Sometimes I am told it will be dispatched today, then next I am told it will be dispatched tomorrow, then I am told they don't actually know when it will be dispatched and they will email me soon!!!
UPDATE: I have also loaded this review to "Decathalon UK" which has many similar horror stories. I have since received an update from their delivery partner (Panther) telling me my order will be delivered on 4/4/20….then I got an email from Decathalon telling me the order will be received 3/4/20!!! Will wait and see when / if it arrives….

So refreshing to know that companies don't accept failing and falling below customer expectations. Having placed an order just before Christmas I was pleased but a little surprised that the expected date of delivery was before Christmas. Unfortunately it did not arrive but very quickly I received an email from Decathlon saying that it was not how they expected to serve their customers and by way of compensation they sent a 拢10 Gift Voucher to spend online or in store. I don't think you can ask for better than this I didn't even get the chance to let them know it didn't arrive they were proactive and keen to let customers know that is not what should be expected of Decathalon. It is nice to have the chance to say a big thank you,
