Ordered my item on 27.12.2020 with an estimated Click and Collect date on 05.01.2021 which was fine. Nothing happened till that date so I sent an email to Decathlon to see what the possible delivery date is. The response on 07.01.2021 was that my package was sent to the wrong center and that I will receive a refund for my order. The website was saying otherwise. Of course, that item is no longer available for ordering online. Today, 09.01.2021, Decathlon charged my credit card for the amount of purchase, even though the order was cancelled and additionally they are still blocking that amount on my credit card. Double charge my credit card, well done!!!
So, all in all, a completely dysfunctional online ordering system, I would not recommend to order from there.
