– the keyboard typing and asking questions are disturbing;
– to be monitored remotely brings a strange feeling;
2). Online extended interview:
– the online interview is very positive, and feels no big difference to the f2f intervew.

The preparation from Decision does not cover only all the points for a sound and clear preparation to the IMPA certification, but it gives many insight and tools for performing better projects and it elevates the project manager to the top floor.

Very good coaching with many practical exercises and the possibility to profit from the experience of the coach. The script and training material could be improved.

The Level D certification offers a compact overview of project management. With the help of a script and interactive exercises, the knowledge is consolidated and tested in exams. The Level D certification is ideally suited for career starters as junior project managers and for those who are changing industries to take a fundamental direction in the project management world. As long as no financial support from the company is expected and there is an uncertainty about changing profession to project management, a private investment is questionable and should be well thought out.
