1. They talk about products with limited stock and that I should have seen an estimated delivery date. However, they confirmed the delivery, and I have a screenshot of their promise to deliver two weeks from the date ordered. So, they try to blame it me!
2. Then they talk about customers they contact when a product is not available, and they cancel if there is no answer. Again, they blame me despite they never ever initiated any communication, they merely answered me with template emails each time they did not deliver as promised. I have them all…
So in short: they've used my money for 2 months, they didn't deliver anything, they still believe this has nothing to do with the quality of their service and they blame it on me. Incredible.
Dear Declick Deco, all I can suggest is to face your failures. It is OK to fail, it is not OK not to learn from failures and blame your clients. That just won't help.
Claim they can delivery within 24-48 hr
Would not send to a French address they asked for. Blocked the stock to purchase again. Increased all the prices a week later.
They have no number that can be dialled from another country (0800). So telephone was impossible.
They ignore all facebook messages.
Worst customer service ever!!

01/08/16 – Declik Deco say I have to find a French address
01/08/16 鈥?I provide a French address of a friend
02/08/16 – Declik Deco say a manager must approve change of address
02/08/16 – Declik Deco have not changed address and say I must be patient
02/08/16 鈥?I ask if it would be quicker if Declik Deco cancel the order and I place again with the French address
03/08/16 – Declik Deco ask to cancel the order and I make the order again with new address
03/08/16 – The stock is not available because it is stuck in my old order
04/08/16 – Declik Deco have no idea what they are talking about and say,

04/08/16 – Now my original order is cancelled the stock is now available again.

I placed the order over a week before and PAID for them and provided a French address.
The company refused to send the goods. Then they made is difficult for repurchase and then they increased the prices of everything on my order so I could no longer afford them.
They say a refund can take up to 2 weeks.
A waste of time. Everything on the order were for a store window display at my work. Now there is nothing to display, my money was taken, there have been 20 emails back and forth, nothing has been delivered. I now have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery from another company.
