Some how I missed these reviews when I ordered Baldwin parts on March 21st of 2020, for $194.70. When they charged my credit card the day I ordered should have been a clue. Would not give me a delivery date, but would as soon as the parts arrived from their supplier. They continued to lead me on until 8/28/20 they told me that the items I ordered are obsolete. They stated on 8/31/20 "refund will be issued" non received. Numerous times I have tried to call or E-mail to get a refund, but the run around continued. On 12/3/20 after sending e-mail they did reply "This order was cancelled" then they would not return numerous calls and e-mails to get refund. I feel they knew what their plan was towards me the day I ordered from them. Tried to get card company to get involved, but needs to be looked into within 2 months of purchase. The 2 months after order they still had believable reasons why I should not be concerned so card company could not help. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from and hope all who reads this is turned away. There are better reputable companies that sell these products.

Ordered two products from these people worth several hundred dollars. They immediately debited our account. After waiting weeks for our products to ship we started inquiring repeatedly about our order status. They kept replying "soon" but no products shipped. After more weeks of delay we finally canceled the order .They acknowledged our cancellation. After weeks of prompting them to process the refund that have failed to do so as of 12-2-2020. This company has acted like they have no regard for their reputation. We find this company to be an awful experience and would never consider dong business with them in the future.

I ordered an item from decorglamour.com in May of 2020. The item never arrived. I have e-mailed their customer service (or lack there of) multiple times. No one will ever answer the phone. "Fran" did respond once to tell me the "check was in the mail". How original. "Shaindy" responded once to say my refund was "processing". Needless to say, I have received no refund or the item I purchased. It is now November. I have e-mailed Ronbow, the maker of the vanity top, to let them know one their suppliers is fraudulent. It seems the crooks also go under the name Economy Decor and Decor Planet. Avoid at all costs. Do not give them any more money.

Took a much longer time to receive the Knobs. Wrong knobs was sent to me, trying to get in contact with customer service for a replacement is a nightmare. It took them so long and asking the same questions over and over again to place a replacement. After 3 weeks, no replacement order was initiated. I was forced to cancel the entire order for a full refund. Another nightmare just began… just sent the 3rd request to acknowledged the refund, but no answers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! PERIOD!

Terrible experience.
Took multiple weeks to receive our faucets. One had a small crack and not functioning properly. We were told to mail the faucet back to Kingston Brass (which we did) and provide the USPS tracking number immediately once we had it, then we would receive a refund. This was about 3 months ago. I have emailed, called, and emailed some more. Was promised that they would cut me a check on a friday >6 weeks ago. They still have not done this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I will note that it is extremely rare for me to write a company review but my frustration with this experience has been overwhelmingly irritating!

I ordered Amerock Handles for my kitchen on September 10th. It turns out the company that sells to them has stopped doing business with them in September, because there customer service was so bad. They took my money and I haven't received anything. I call them and they hang up on me. So I called Amerock, and they told me they would not do business with them anymore. I had to order the handles from build.com. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible Terrible Terrible. If you actually want the item you order, do not order from here. I have been waiting a month and a half for an item. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response back and no one working during their "business hours". When we finally got a hold of someone, they said our item would be shipped out the following monday. That was 2 weeks ago and we still have not received the order. I have emailed and called multiple times. No responses.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am disputing charge on my credit card.

Within two hours of my order I tried to change the shipping address. It was on a Friday evening and I did not have a response from your customer service Till the following Tuesday. I tried calling and every email on your website. The prevailing attitude was very curt and unconcerned. I should have accumulated quite a lot of points and now that I鈥檓 trying to make another order or at least considering it those points are gone. Don鈥檛 you get points on any order? Overall very feisty experience

Love the knob and handles I ordered – and the price was great. My only complaint is the website can be difficult when you want to continue shopping – you can鈥檛 go back to where you were and order a new size. In spite of having to take extra time to figure it all out – it was still worth it, and I love my hardware! In fact – I just ordered more!!! I hope I have the same good experience!

I would give zero star to these guys only if I had a choice. The customer service is the most terrible you could ever imagine and that 5 star rating must be a total scam. I wouldn't even waste time writing the details, poeple just be aware you will be going through lots and lots of frustartion.

It was somewhat confusing to us how the order was being delivered to us. We are not used to two shipments of a single order. Because Of us not seeing or noticing that part we ended up shipping one thing back. It was a lot of confusion along the way too with the drivers It took a while but we got it all working. The drivers won't let you inspect the items though. So when we open them, we want to just leave them protected until they are ready to place. We will take pictures if they are neccessay.

Called their phone number this morning. Long wait, they suggested a call back so I left my return number. Never returned my call. Then, 3 hours later, I call them back. The item I wanted is on backorder until next year. Their website wanted my credit card to order the item. No mention of backorder. I asked them why did they want my credit card info. They hung up in my face. Stay away

I can鈥檛 get any response to multiple emails sent to both addresses they provide. I left 2 voice mails – they don鈥檛 answer the phone only send me to voice mail. I am contacting my credit card company to cancel the order.

My story is the same as everyone else. I ordered a faucet and haven't received it yet. It has been three weeks. Every time I try to check on the shipping status they say it will be three more weeks before it is shipped. The only communications they accept is through email. They do not answer the phone. Do not buy from this company. I'm not sure it even exist.

They have told me 2 times in the last 6 weeks that the rest of my order will be sent. It has not- every time I鈥檓 able to get through to them they give me a different answer and nothing to actually send me the products I paid for! Run away from this Total ripoff – buy from a reputable source!!

Like many of the other reviews have stated it will take MONTHS, not weeks, to receive your order. In my case, I still have not received my full order and it is going on 3 months since I placed the order. What I have received is incomplete despite being charged for the full amount. I have sent numerous emails (20+) that have gone unanswered and called an equal amount only to be put on hold and never connected or was hung up on (this happened 4 times). I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the order and to retrieve the money for the incomplete order I received. I SO wished I had read the reviews before using this company. Furthermore, many items sold through this questionable company can be found at legitimate retailers (Lowe's/Home Depot) for less money. This is hands down the worst online purchase I have ever made.

I have waited over 3 weeks now for this order to ship. Their website says that the product I ordered (Emtek) ships in "5-7 days". I checked the status on day 7 and was told that due to Covid, Emtek was shipping in "7-10 days". After that window passed, I called them and was told that Emtek products actually take 30 days to ship, which 'they tell all of their customers'… (I have a copy of the shipping times listed on their website) The person I spoke to went so far as to tell me that she can't control what's on their website… And they couldn't cancel it because it happened to be shipping that day from Emtek to their warehouse. We'll see if I actually get it next week when they say they'll be shipping. Bottom line – I would not trust this company.

Placing the order was an easy process. I found what I was looking for. I did have one interaction with a customer service person prior to submitting my order because there was no indication as to how long it would take to receive my shipment. The customer service person was able to share with me the time frame; however, I thought she could have been a little nicer about it. With this said, she could have been having a bad day herself so I do not hold this against her or Decorglamour. My packaged arrived today and had a side of the box that was wide open. I took pictures because I was not sure all the cabinet handles I ordered would arrive. It would have been very easy for one of them to slip out. Thankfully, the entire order arrived. I'm sure this happen in transit with FedEx. Good experience and saved going through Decorglamour.

Loved everything ! The handles are beautiful! We didn鈥檛 have to wait for special order through Lowe鈥檚 and they were priced accordingly! Sent tracking info and arrived right on time!
