They are not legit. I ordered and paid for a sink in January 2020 and it is now December 28,2020. I have called only to be disconnected. Emailed with no responses other than it takes 24 hours. The emails say don鈥檛 respond or you won鈥檛 get a response. Contacting BBB

Looks like there are a lot of similar reviews with horrible customer service. I purchased a vanity on 9/11/20 and still have not received. I have made countless attempts to inquire into status and in 4 months received one response stating the vanity would be in stock and ready for shipment early November. Since then I have continued to follow-up and again no response, nothing. Meanwhile, said bathroom has been vanity less for 4 months and I have asked for order to be cancelled if not available and still no response. I can understand delays during these times, but no excuses for such horrible service/no service.

I returned a defective lock in September 2020. I was given the Return Authorization and a shipping label. After contacting them numerous times I was told in an e-mail on October 19th that my refund was processing. One month later and still no refund. They have also stopped replying to my e-mails. A terrible business. Why do you think they have no social media presence? Couldn't stand the poor reviews. A total sham. Stay away.

I purchased over $3000 in door handles from Decorglobe in April for a 1.5M home. I only received the items in October. All the operating sets were correct and the dummy handles were the wrong color. They tell me 4 weeks to process a return before trying to locate the correct parts. They have been curt via e-mail and by phone. They continually hang up on me and refuse to talk with me. Weeks later, I still have no return authorization. Don't trust these people. Bad business practices.

I placed an order in August and was double charged for my order of $622.00. I received an incomplete order and then received it a second time two weeks later. I have contacted them via email and nothing has been resolved and I have never received the completion of my order. You can't leave a message on their mailbox or reach anyone on the phone even during business hours. The wrong order weighs 18 pounds and should be returned and I can't get anyone to help me with a return. Please beware, I think I would suggest a local business so you can pay for what you walk away with. A $622 double charge is not acceptable. Guessing the BBB is my next step.

Prices seem really good- so you go for it, thinking ok I'll wait an extra week or two… NO, nothing, it's been two months and zero response from them. No update on shipping, no way to reach them, they are always closed or on vacation. Stay away! Even when you get to talk to someone, they just say sorry we're waiting on items, and give you a false new ETA. They are absolutely horrible. Pay the difference somewhere else, they are just not worth it, even if I ever get my order.

I bought 2 faucets in July and after 2 1/2 months, i finally received 1. Each time I called about the order they said they would have to call me back. Then they would tell me 2 more weeks. No information given on missing item and no attempts to refund me. I have to make every effort to get ahold of them to find out whats the status. No concern or sympathy on there part. Will never use or recommend this company again.

Ordered kitchen cabinet pulls on 7/21 for a kitchen remodel beginning 8/10. Pulls showed up on 8/17 after the remodel and already had replaced with a different vendor. Amerock/Decor globe took 4 emails and calls to reply and hit me with a one liner, "There is a 25% restocking fee, and a label is not provided." Last time ever! Worst company.

I ordered a faucet on June 19. After several emails told ETA July 14. Still no faucet and today is August 4. Asked company to cancel order and was threatened with restocking fees. How can they restock what they apparently never had!

The customer service of this company is HORRIBLE. I ordered a faucet and after not receiving any update on shipping for 30 days, I emailed for an ETA. The responses took days at a time, and when I did get a response it was often incomplete. There was no effort to recognize the problem, only fragmented one sentence response emails. Finally after nearly 2 months the order shipped. Was not worth the time or energy to work with Decor Globe. Buy somewhere else!!

Our delivery driver went out of his way to bring the giant sink around the side of the house in to the garage— it really helped us a lot. He was kind and professional. The sink itself is AMAZING. Beautiful, even better than expected. The very high quality shipping box was also a nice touch. Rather than open a sea of styrofoam and waste a cardboard box, we will be repurposing the shipping box into a toy bin. Will absolutely use your company again and recommend you to others. Thank you for a great experience. Our contractor was also very impressed.

I orderEd a bath drain. It's already weeks ahead of original ETA. I tried to call customer service many times. Usually I need to wait for 1 hour until get someone to speak with. They always tell me they will send update email to me and I will receive nothing. I have to return the unshipped item. Seems like I have to wait for another year for the answer or refund.

Took 4 attempts to receive shipment/delivery status because website never showed updated information nor UPS tracking data. Appears to depend how you request an update via the website. Could not reach a person via phone and voice message was not returned. Accept that some issues may be due to COVID-19.

One item has arrived damaged so this may impact my final level of satisfaction. All other products in box appear to be fine. Prices were much lower than almost all other companies selling the products I ordered.

They took an order and my money on Jun 15. I called on June 25 to see why my order had not shipped. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes they told me that they no longer carry Kohler and they would refund me. Thanks – I thought the items would be arriving any day and now need to find them elsewhere.

We purchased a product that we ended up not needing and requested an RMA to return it, understanding there would be a restocking fee. Despite several emails (responded to by a auto-message) and phone calls (placed immediately on hold and then sent to voicemail), it's been 3 months and still no RMA and no resolution. The total purchase is only $32.92 and after they take a restocking fee they are probably making money. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere; build.com, etc.

It was very easy. I found exactly what I wanted. However, after that it was all down hill. I ordered the faucet on April 17th. It finally arrived on May 20th. The communications with costumer service was extremely disappointing getting nothing but a short phrase stating their looking into it with never any results. I finally emailed customer service to cancel my order only to be told "it has been shipped".

I placed an order on April 10th and after several attempts to get a ship date with no results I gave up. My order finally arrived on May 10th. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I could have ordered from Amazon, but was trying to save a few bucks because D茅cor Globe was priced lower. My MISTAKE!! I will never order from them again.

Ordered to faucets April 19 2020. To this day the company will not answer the phone in any department! Every department is referred to email Anna! Who never gets back to you! When I finally got an email back it was asking me to pick an answer! Have I received item? Did I cancel? I'm like seriously?!! Do you not know! I just want my money bank and will go to Home Depot
