I bought this lamp as a birthday present. Delivery wasn't quick but in time of pandemic understandable. The lamp was a disappointment so I returned it to Belgium – at my own cost. Refund (less 25%) was very slow and only given after a written reminder. So beware – if you are not absolutely sure about the product, it might cost you – quite a bit.

I ordered two products, after receiving the first and several shipping notices with expected shipping dates in the future I assumed the second product will come two weeks later. When nothing happend I contacted the support. They sent me a tracking status which said the shipping is completed. After telling them I only received one product (but already paid both) I didn鈥檛 get any answer. Never again!

Very nice customers service – they dealt with a missing order in a very friendly wayalthough it took quite a while (prob. because of the CoV-situation).

We bought sofas from Decovry and their service was excellent. We had an issue with on of the sofas but they sorted it out very fairly. I would recommend them and I would shop with them again.

Charged me and cancelled my order without informing me. When I emailed back I got an incorrect answer that my payment did not get through. Then an excuse that they had a problem with paypal that day. Still does not explain how you can cancel an order and not inform the customer. I am still waiting for my order and it's been months. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the services.

I'm sorry but your response is not true, my order is still not delivered and I just got an email from you on 28 August that it will be shipped without any details. If I have not contacted you would just charge me and not send my order as you canceled it without informing me. Please do not twist the facts, this is making it even worse.

Thanks for checking in, that鈥檚 unfortunate but I will not cancel the order since I was already charged for it. I hope it will be delivered at the said time this time. Could you please explain to me why it was cancelled and why I have not received an email about it from you? Thank you.

I did see some bad reviews from customers but ordered anyway. Order came quickly and beautifully packaged. After just one time using the pan I bought, the inside lining started to flake off. Now it鈥檚 unusable. I sent an email reporting the faulty pan and they replied with please send pictures which I did it鈥檚 now been 2 weeks and 2 follow up emails from me to chase and nothing. It鈥檚 gone silent so I鈥檓 assuming that鈥檚 it. Never going to get a replacement or a refund. I鈥檇 recommend going somewhere more reputable for brands you can buy online

Love the design of the room divider. And more than happy with the price. Delivery to the UK was a bit steep (~拢150) but it is a heavy piece, so I do understand. Overall, 5 stars 鈥?thanks.

The turn around time is too long and you can buy the same thing from other suppliers which arrives next day. So I don鈥檛 see a point of buying it from decovry. I also see that most of products sold on the portal are extremely expensive and I don鈥檛 see why it has to be that expensive.

The product I received was not as shown on the online shop, incomplete and of bad quality. I explained this several times to the customer service team as I felt it was unfair I had paid for shipping when I placed the order and was having to pay to return the item as well. I kept receiving generic replies from customer service team saying they would refund the item but not the shipping. Eventually I gave up and just lost the shipping costs. Really poor customer service and really poor quality product, and in my eyes false advertising as the product was not as shown. Will not be ordering again.

Pathetic… items stolen during shipment,ot never delivered, zero or near customer support, several orders have been problematic, and the last one an exemple of all that is NOT to be done

Have erased my customer account there, do the same unless you are masochist !

Always original products, great designs. Selection is exciting and the quality is most often there. Our latest issue order was plagued by delivery issues, but I am sure this was COVID-related. Many delays… and a bit cavalier in the final meters… The shipper drops at your doorstep, and you handle it from there…

Usually the products arrive at the predicted date and correspond to what was written on the webpage. Two times a product stopped to function after a short period of use but was substituted immediately and without additional expenses for me.
I鈥檓 continuously ordering something, as they propose practical and beautiful things as well!

Worst shopping so far, ordered (and paid!) a garden lounge on june-2, you would expect a 2 weeks delivary? After ordering i got a notice it was supposed to be delivered after 6 weeks, 7 weeks later still nothing, after 14 emails, 20 attempted phone calls, on August 20 i finally got to speak to a live person, and asking for a total refund suddenly it was in stock and they would send over to us in two weeks almost 3 months after ordering, summer is over as is my faith in decovry.
Worst of it all: i think they send me a show-room modell, it was clearly assembled once allready, damages all over…
Very bad communicating skills, never order again….

Except for one major order which went terribly wrong everything else gas been very satisfactory and I am pleased with Decovry services.
