We purchased a flail topper 3 months ago which we have yet to use as they sent the wrong tractor attachment. Having sent that back they then needed 8 emails to re-send the part, which when it arrived turned out to be two factory re-furbished wood planes. We sent them back! Several emails later and are still awaiting a refund so we can purchase the correct part. Overall the machine looks sturdy but I am unable to comment further as we haven't actually been able to use it. Definitely don't use this company if you are in any sort of hurry on a farm or smallholding, we have lost half a season due to their incompetence and dreadful customer service.

I bought a Volpe flail mower from this company, they are based in Italy but have a UK number but don't be fooled they have nobody in this country. I paid the 99Euro delivery but they arrived with the mower but had n o tail lift so too it away again and I had to collect from UPS 50 miles away. I had ordered spare flails but these never arrived and finally after being promised them every week for three months I got a refund. I've used the mower 6 or 7 times and the roller fell off. I sent them photos and they refused to replace the brackets under warranty as the said it was my fault without even examining it. I wished I never bought anything from this company. Avoid at all costs as they have no customer service.
