Not getting my complete order. Sent 3 emails to the customer service. Got no reply from them since them.
Just to avoid –> ubereats is much more reliable

It took almost an hour to receive the order instead of 10-15 min as promised. No apology or anything.

Excellent service bringing groceries in fast and contactless. They are a fantastic emergency service helping to keep us all safe and negating the quick dash to the shops.

I didn't get all of my order in delivering. Send massage and complain to the customer service. after 2 weeks still haven't got any response.

Tired of their unreliability. Orders constantly late, or cancelled at the last minute. Complain, and you might get a 5鈧?voucher. Will be getting my meals elsewhere.
