We are not sure how delivery.com popped up on our computer screen. We assumed it was a delivery service approved by the restaurant with which we placed our order because we thought we were on the restaurant website. We charged our meal and it was almost $100. We called the restaurant when the food had not yet arrived 40 minutes after the time we requested delivery. The restaurant had no record of us as purchasers. The restaurant said someone had come into the restaurant and ordered our selections and swiped a card under the name of Del Pic and the cost was approx $56. So we ended up paying almost double what the restaurant received. I give delivery.com a zero if the software will allow it otherwise a one.

Why I telling you to do not use this service because:
1. They have no proper support team
2. Delay answer of ticket
3. Provide document which is not match with your records
4. They manipulate data and deduct amount from wallet
5. They are not pay COD amount to your bank
6. If you have any refund from then they did not send in bank

Beware of this poorly run business that is located in New York. I live in Sacramento, CA. Ordered from Chevy's and noticed thier little button and clicked on it. Stick with Door Dash. These guys did NOT deliver my food but charged my card the 93.03. I was treating myself and my daughters for dinner. I don't have that kind of money to lose. Called Chevy's when the food was not delivered… The waiter said he had never heard of delivery.com. Then I finally got an email from them with a valid phone number. The phone number on their website does not work. The email said that the order was cancelled because the driver could not find the house. I sent an email back and asked the person to call me. The result is they had no way to contact the driver but as of today 11/24/2020 Seth, their online guy says I need to contact my financial institution for a refund?

My review is based on my experience working there as a driver. Their dispatch team and customer service sucks. Their dispatch system is auto dispatched so idk what the actual dispatchers get paid to do. The orders that get dispatched to you doesn't make sense with routing. Meaning one customers destination will be really far a part from another. Plus they don't place orders right away. That's why customers unnecessarily wait so long for their food to come. But we as drivers have to deal with angry customers for factors that we can't control but the company can. When the driver politely asks the company to let a customer know their order is running late, the company doesn't even bother calling customers. They will send you an email at most. Like what is an email gonna do? Also the management has no issues with leaving you on the entire market by yourself when you're supposed to have multiple drivers working the same shift. If you ask for help, they will just $#*! at you. Like how do you expect fast service if you only put on one driver for the entire market and region? Delivery.com is trash. Don't work there or waste your money there.

Wow, we decided we would try a delivery service just to see how it goes. BIG mistake! We ordered our dinner at 5:56 pm and at the time of order the site said delivery would be at 7:13. With the restaurant 15 minutes away that was kind of long, but we were feeling lazy so we decided to go with it. Well, I continued watching their app which estimates delivery times, and the delivery kept getting pushed off. Every 10 minutes I would check and it would be 10 minutes further out. My wife told me to stop telling her because it was stressing her out! Finally I checked the ETA at 8:48 and the update was 9:35 and enough was enough. I called to cancel the order and after talking for over 10 minutes, the customer service person said she would call me back. They finally refused to refund our money because the restaurants had, "already made the food". It would have been bad enough if they had refunded the money, but instead they offered 20% off my next order — as if I would do this again! All I can say, is STAY AWAY! You've been warned!

I tried to order food from this website and the place I was ordering from had a section for salads and there was no section for salads. The person on the phone was being very difficult when I asked to place an order over the phone and she said that I had to make an account when I didn't want to make an account. This place is ridiculous do not waste your money!

This has got to be the absolute WORST delivery service. I made an order at 8:38 pm for my 3 year old the estimated delivery time was 9:53 pm it is now 9:47 and they have updated my estimated delivery time to 10:30. What the hell? 2 hours! I wish I could give 0 stars. My poor daughter just wants her tacos!

I placed over a $50 order with a 20% tip and it took over 2 hours to receive. Not acceptable at all. We had a 2 year old waiting on the food to eat and received it after her bedtime. We had been in contact with the "help support" and constantly got the run around on when it would arrive. When it did arrive she apologized saying she went to Sparta when we live in Algood.

After almost ordering through this service we realized the prices had to be a joke. $13 more for an item on a particular restaurant's menu, compared to their normal price for this item. What? Everything on the menu was about 40% higher than normal price. Then adding fees and a tip? Forget it. We ended up ordering carry out and got it ourselves.

This company cares only about money. When there are mistakes made that are half the customers fault and half their delivery/driver fault, they do NOTHING in taking any responsibility. They throw it all on the customer and refuse to be fair about partial credit and re-delivery. They have NO customer service and don't care that your food was NOT delivered. The driver did NOT call me or text me to handle the issue at hand immediately. The driver called the company in NYC and because of this, communication fell through and could not be EASILY solved. I had to pay TWICE to get the food delivered properly. I called the diner I ordered from and they were already in the process of canceling their account to use them. For a requested $20 towards the re-delivery, they lost a customer and, hopefully, a restaurant account. Use GrubHub, UberEats, or a local restaurant that has employees who deliver. Delivery.com will rob you, twice.

I never had to deal with a company that calls itself White Glove with the worst customer service. THey do not accommodate customers, do not get back to you or return emails.
Terrible service!
Stay away as much as you can!

I would've given no stars if it was a option. So it's after 11pm made an order and the order never got here. $53.00 order No one can contact the driver or restaurant. No more money to buy food so my family starves tonight. The delivery.com team is rude and condescending and doesn't respect or care for your situation. Bogus company and should be fined and closed for business.

I used my credit card on delivery.com. I didn't use my card anywhere else for the longest time before I used it on delivery.com. after 2 days of use. I started to see purchases on my card that was not authorized by me. I have no proof it was them. But I am avoid them from now on

Horrible. Don't ever use them. Cannot get my phone number right. Showed my order as delivered- it wasn't. Was then in contact w restaurant who told me my order was sitting but multiple drivers had been thru picking up other orders. 5th call to delivery.com said oh well, if the order is cold call us back. Shame on at that point. Order was obviously cold. Called back – told it's been escalated, they'll get back to me. Meanwhile I have cold rotting food and they charged me close to $89. Apparently 6 calls and counting is their secret. For ONE order. Pathetic.

A follow up! The driver claimed he delivered/marked it on the site. When I called to tell them it was not and wanted confirmation of a refund I was told the manager/owner would call me back. To date – no phone call and no refund! Do not use!!

Advertised 15 min. Delivery and charged $3.00 more than slice.com. took an hour and a half to get a pizza. Would've been ok they even made it within an hour but when I contacted delivery.com online chat I let them know I wasn't happy but would've been ok with just having the delivery fee refunded but nothing, they apologized and just asked if there was anything else I needed. Uber eats customer service is 10x better and I will stick with them from now on

My favorite local delivery company merged with this big company, and it has been nothing but disappointment ever since. The last three times we've ordered with them, the order has been wrong and missing items, which we paid for. You would think the drivers would go over the order with the restaurant, since they can't open the containers themselves for safety reasons, to make sure everything is accounted for, but they couldn't care less. Classic story of a great little company that was bought out by a $#*!ty big company which only cares about quantity over quality of service.
Save your money and order through another avenue.

DO NOT USE!! Overcharge on restaurant prices plus delivery charge plus two tip charges. The order was scheduled for 1pm; it's 2:20 and still no order. I called to cancel and refund but claimed they couldn't/wouldn't. I'd rate lower than 1 star if possible.

Order delivered, 50% wrong & no one will correct it
Order placed, half of Krispy Kreme order was wrong, delivery.com said they'd deliver the omitted portion in 90 minutes to the office I'd originally requested but they never showed up. This morning, I contacted the delivery driver & she gave my contact info to her boss & 8hrs later, no one has still contacted me! I have pics of original order & pics of what was delivered.
My first time to use a food delivery service and it's my last (EXPENSIVE) lesson

We order a take out, the order was missing a wrap, I contacted tonino's which they did not honor the food, I tried contacting this people and no one answer, they charged us $77 for a $40 dollar order, do not use them.

Their estimates are way off. Their estimated delivery times are more like the estimated time it takes for the order to be placed. So you just have to monitor them and chat and call the restaurant to confirm orfer was placed.

12 hour shift, worked, came home hungry. Ordered food. Hour passes, no food. I contacted THEM, turns out, no driver. WHY THE HELL DID I HAVE TO CONTACT THEM??!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!? If I do not receive a FULL F*#$&ing refund I WILL be filing criminal theft charges Monday. I am SO f&&%%ing done with these people.
