I ordered using Delivery.com for a restaurant that is not even using the platform. The restaurant was very concerned I was able to do this. The restaurant could not fulfill my order through Delivery.com (They are not clients of Delivery,com) and I called Delivery for a refund. It's been a week and no refund. Shady business.

Never use this app. I placed an order at 6:22pm and at 8:05, they told me the restaurant had closed and my food wouldn鈥檛 be delivered. Bunch of BS! After reading other reviews, I agree with everyone. Delivery.com, be better! You suck

This website and its customer service are both terrible. I explained that I had marked the 20% tip and the on card option and that I even noted the addition to the pricing on the side panel of the screen when I had done so. But the service rep. just said it wasn't marked, which is frustrating enough because I felt as though she was not listening. I understand that there was a processing error, what I wanted was acknowledgment and problem solving, not an accusation. The website also stated that I would receive a text message to say that the order was received, which I did not. After calling the restaurant they had a hard time locating the order. All in all, I do not feel as though my concerns were met and the overall process was not worth the trouble.

Absolute disgrace of a company. The ONLY reason anyone uses it is that they are the only game in town. Its less than 50% chance you will get your food on time and sometimes you just simply dont get it at all. The customer service could care less. We are talking bare minimum effort. Barely a company.

Terrible customer service! We placed an order at 5:30 and were told that the longest it would be would be an hour. When the food didn't arrive in OVER an hour we called delivery.com. after waiting on hold for at least 15 minutes they hung up on us! The representative on the phone lied to us and said that the reason we hadn't gotten our food was because "the restaurant was very busy". According to the driver, he didn't receive the message to deliver until 25 minutes before he got here! And to top it all off, our food was made incorrectly. That wasn't delivery.coms fault, it just made an already frustrating situation even more frustrating. We finally got our food at 7:30. TWO hours after we placed our order! That is ridiculous! We won't be using delivery.com in the future
We will stick with Uber or Doordash!!

EDIT REVIEW: After leaving a 1 star review & explaining the problem here, and at delivery.com, Delivery.com did refund money so I increased their rating.

Original review:
Order placed, half of Krispy Kreme order was wrong, delivery.com said they'd deliver the omitted portion in 90 minutes to the office I'd originally requested but they never showed up. This morning, I contacted the delivery driver & she gave my contact info to her boss & 8hrs later, no one has still contacted me!
My first time to use a food delivery service and it's my last (EXPENSIVE) lesson! Booooo!

Really convenient service, especially in our time. I use their services for a very long time, in general there were no global claims during this time, the staff here is polite and punctual.

I've never experienced a bad experience.

I was with EatInNow.com before it became Delivery.com and not a beat was missed. Terrific choices and wonderful and thoughtful employees (drivers, delivery people). The best!

Third-party, THIRD-RATE delivery referral service that loses money for local businesses. Placed order, didn't get our food…

Called restaurant after 1.5 hours to check on order status. Restaurant confirmed order was never received, and SAID THEY only work with two delivery services. Delivery.com WAS NOT ONE OF THEM.

When we checked our invoice we saw a $9 convenience fee line item for a which is presumably the cut Delivery.com takes for the referrals.

When we got on the phone with Delivery.com, the rep tried to blame the restaurant for "lack of communication," which was hilarious because we had been on the phone with them 5 minutes earlier. They then claimed the third-party Delivery service they farmed our order out to didnt have drivers, so the order was cancelled. Would have been nice to know earilier.

my order was incorrect, the restaurant said the driver told them what i wanted… but it was not right. when i called to have it changed, they transferred me several times, and told me they would send me the correct order. its been over an hour and still no correct food. on hold once again. NO THANK YOU DELIVERY.COM

When Mr. Delivery was bought out by delivery.com the drivers stayed the same. The drivers are super nice.

That said, the app is weird, the site is HORRIBLE, and everything is super slow. There is no way to track the delivery. Yes there are confirmation texts and emails, but, if you keep your phone on do not disturb, and don鈥檛 answer unknown numbers, that鈥檚 all useless. The fact that they bought Mr. Delivery means they theoretically should have my info from Mr. Delivery, but they don鈥檛. This means any points I had are gone, I had to start all over with the card first process.

All said, I miss Mr. Delivery, do not like or recommend delivery.com. They are irritating.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I order food often through delivery.com Whenever I call them regarding a change, late order or just a question they are RUDE. I have never had an issue resolved. I am always told why did I call them, I should contact the vendor directly. Now I do contact the vendors directly, I order directly through the vendors. Much better and no issues. Thank you for your suggestion. Everyone should just order directly through the vendor and cut out this awful middleman!

I called delivery.com after waiting close to 2 hours for a simple breakfast order, the food was ice cold and wasted. Can't get the restaurant on the phone so I called delivery.com customer service. The rep, who was sarcastic and gave me an encore of my disgusting breakfast experience, is a true reflection of the company.

I received this deal in my email that says if I sign up for Masterpass I can get $10 off every order for a month. Well, I signed up and placed an order the same day and did not get a discount. Contacted customer service and was told due to overwhelming demand the deal was cancelled. What?! You were prepared to give out 30 days of discounts but decided to take it back within a day? Their marketing team is either a bunch of crooks or just grossly incompetent. Either way it tells you what kind of company you're dealing with.

I ordered food through delivery.com & the driver called and said the restaurant wasnt answering the phone and he was going to refund my money in 1-5 business days its been 2 weeks i still have not recieved my refund ITS A TOTAL SCAM

The $13 deal is promised to last up to March of 2016. I recommend my friend delivery.com today (Dec. 27) and there's now the $7 deal. What happened to "March." Get it together, delivery.com.

Would like it more with better customer service, etc… I won't be ordering here again fortunately. I do not recommend using delivery.com to order your foods unless it's your only option. However, I do recommend GrubHub! So much better compared to delivery.com.

The first two times I tried to use Delivery.com, both times after waiting 15 or 20 minutes, I got a call saying they couldn't get in touch with the restaurant. Perhaps a legitimate problem, but one I never had with Seamless (and Seamless has those some restaurants listed as well).

Got my money/credits back, but besides a twitter apology, not much else to make up for the experience. Seems like tempting fate to try to give them another chance.

I don't use Delivery.com that often, but when I do, it's easy to use and usually has some of the rare restaurants I can't find elsewhere.

I enjoy the perks of using Delivery.com. The downside is that there are a lot of restaurants I'd like to order from that aren't on Delivery.com. Otherwise, I've had a good experience
