Tried to order accesories on line which I could not do they have tried to blame the browser I was using. What a joke and customer support can access my account but cannot put through my order. Time to rid myself of this catastrophe and find a better quality of company that believes in customer service.

We purchased a matching toaster and kettle thinking we were going to get a superior product…. Not so…The kettle is noisy and it is very difficult to see the level of water in it….. The toaster is no better than any cheap brand from Aldi, Lidl or discount store. It does not brown evenly on either side, and the components are no different or superior. The only redeeming feature was the colour choice and style. I will not be tyempted again to buy any appliance thinking the name means quality

Never going to buy De'Longhi products again. Sent my coffee machine back which was on offer at 拢400 reduced from 拢1,000 broke within 3 months purchased via Currys. Been advised by De'Longhi that they are awaiting the spare part and they don't know when it will arrive, if the spare part is in stock or if they have had to order it. They also don't know how long it will take to get the replacement or when I will receive the coffee machine back. This company is a joke who don't care about their reviews or customer service. They even have just as low score in Australia on productreview.au. The head of operations clearly needs to he sacked. I'm sure Woolworths and Comet thought they were invisible too……..

Bought a beautiful yellow toaster and kettle a couple of months ago kettle is perfect but the toaster is a nightmare the lead which states in the specs is suppose to be 1 meter long barely makes it out from under my overhead kitchen units the dial for how brown you want your toast is hit and miss you can鈥檛 use it one day on 3 it will be W barely warm the next burnt to a crisp. And the crumb trays in the machine are not big enough to collect the crumb so every time you move the machine the crumbs are everywhere. Been trying to find a way to contact customer service which seems to be non existent. Phone times a joke. I will never purchase another delonghi product again. And from reading the reviews on this page I鈥檓 not alone.

I have tried both customer service numbers (0844 499 0558) & (0844 499 0558) neither of which were answered despite a recorded message being played on the second number stating that their staff might be doing school runs etc. 馃檮

I purchased a Delonghi Magnifica S Smart and it was leaking. I exchanged it 4 times to another machine and all of them had the same issue. I contacted Delonghi and they only agreed to offer a descaler instead of acting to resolve the issue

Where do i start. 1st sent wrong coffee machine out 2 hours on phone no answer in end.
2nd got through and was told to keep it as was a dearer one took it out of the box and it was the cheap silver plastic knobs.
So sorted out a collection from parcelforce cudnt leave it anywhere had to wait in between 8am 4pm no show on phone again and get told driver ran out of hours so it be sometime this week.
All i want is a bloody refund why do ypu make it sl hars

Worst possible customer service in the UK . No email address , can only be contacted by phone with very long waiting times (40 minutes ) . Changing a valve on my old bean to cup coffee machine costs half the price of a new unit . The new ones are not made in Italy anymore , came with faults so I sent it back .
Thank you very much DeLonghi but I think I'll take my business elsewhere .

Extremely bad customer service. They make you wait for a hour in the hotline without giving you any hint how long the wait will be or giving any call back service. Then no communication whatever for the packaging the coffee machine for return. After waiting for 2 1/2 weeks, they finally repaired the machine and sent us back but without the power supply. Now I have to call the hotline and wait for ages again before anyone will pick up the phone.
BTW, my Specialista went already defective after 7 months' use……

great product spent 4k on a free standing oven but needed a part — had to go to FISHER & PAYKEL as they are the Australian agent, been waiting for nearly a month for them to despatch they claim to have 7 in stock but cant find them omg the part is 90cm x 60cm black in colour how hard would it be to find DONT BUY EITHER OF THESE PRODUCT the spares service is pathetic

Wasted nearly two hours looking for information on Bean to Cup coffee machines both on the web and "trying" to speak to someone in customer service. Don't they want to sell their products?

The website is just gobbledegook, tons of nice life style piccys , icons and ticks but no real information to help you compare and choose a product. Don't even bother to use the "playschool" -Find your ideal machine option!-

Going to buy a Jura machine!

The word is service. Unbelievaby bad service. The online FAQ's dosent work and the waiting time to speak to someone is infuriating. This company deserves to go to the wall. Think very carefully before purchasing anything Delonghi especially if it needs servicing.

Delonghi, advertise products as in stock, don't tell you there not, leave the status in "processing" , no email update no nothing, actually on back order, will be other a month delay, not the 2-3 days stated.

delonghi were simply holding onto the money and knowingly selling products as "in stock" when they are not.

I will be taking this further legally where possible, outrageous

spends 100's to get ripped off, then told its out of stock yet i can buy another right now on the website. absolutely stupid company

Have had two Delonghi ESAM Bean-To-Cup coffee machines (one 4200 and one 2200 Venezia) and both have developed the same fault and stopped dispensing coffee. The first one stopped working after just over a year and the second after only five months. The first one we had to pack up and send away to be repaired, which took some time and they tried to deliver it back to a different address. Not wanting to go through finding packing materials, packing it up, waiting in for the courier to pick up, waiting in for them to deliver it back (hopefully to the correct address), and them it probably only working for a few weeks more, the most recent one we have put in the bin because they will not replace or refund (even though less than six months since we purchased it!).

We have had a delonghi bean to cup coffee machine needing a repair. We have been unable to contact delonghi for over a week. Live chat does not reply or is not available, no email address and the phone is never answered. Do not recommend at all. We have just cancelled our order for a new machine as it has not arrived (over a week past the delivery date – Amazon) and we certainly do not want to be in this position again when it goes wrong as they sometimes do.

we bought a double oven from them in Israel, I guess that their Israeli division doesn't believe in customer service because we received a defective oven that expels an immense amount of heat. When calling the company "Newpan" who sold us the delonghi oven, they refused us service unless we pay them more money. Very much disappointing, will not recommend them in the future to anyone.

Awful aftercare/customer service. Coffee machine broke after 70 days, was sent off for repair and deemed beyond repair over 2 weeks ago. Still within warranty period so after I chased delonghi (they've never contacted me with an update) I was told I would get a new machine… 2 weeks and still waiting for someone internal to complete a form. They are unwilling to provide any timescale, just that they're waiting for someone within their company to complete a form. Complete Joke. No way of escalating query. Avoid at all costs!

Unbelievably awful customer 鈥榮ervice鈥? Do not buy from this company. If your coffee machine develops a fault you have no hope of resolving it. My machine has been away for repair for over 6 weeks now and I am sick of spending hours on the webchat trying to get it back. I wonder if I ever will …

I tried to register my new PAC N90 ECO Silent product for the manufacturers guarantee and the Delonghi website did not list the product. Delonghi should have a complete master list of products for guarantee registration. There was no pickup on the customer service telephone number, no alternative e-mail address and no link to an online adviser for web messaging. Is this company trying frustrate consumer rights and not develop customer sales opportunities?

Do not buy a De Longi kettle ours broke in under 3 years. Buy a basic Tesco kettle much more efficient and a third of the price.

Our very expensive machine has broken down. It is in warranty but unless it breaks down in the first 30 days it won鈥檛 be replaced it will be repaired. It has been absolutely painful, staff not particularly helpful. We now have to package it up and wait for 14 days. Wish we hadn鈥檛 bought it. My advice would be don鈥檛 buy from De Longhi if you want any service

Ac worked great for a while, right up until the warranty ended. As soon as it did, the fan blew apart in the middle of the night. After 30 minutes on hold I鈥檓 told that they can only give internal pets to licensed 鈥渟ervicers鈥?and the nearest one to me is 400 miles away, so there was no way that they could help me. I was told that my 鈥渙nly option is to replace the unit鈥? A plastic part breaks and I need to replace the unit? What a joke of a company. Terrible customer service. They have no desire to actually help the customer. Only to make more money by selling an entirely new unit. Bottom line, as most everyone else has said, look elsewhere. Do not buy from this company.
