Ordered a pair of jeans early February. After numerous emails chasing them, they finally arrived last week. In two of their email responses they promised a free gift to recompense me for the delay. Lo and behold when the jeans arrived, zilch, nada, nothing. I queried this with them and they emailed my back this morning telling me they would give me a discount of my next order. Really? Cannot believe they think I will order from them again. They have no concept of customer service. As for the jeans? Okay but too loose around the waist, but can't be bothered returning them.

Totally unreliable! I ordered a pair of Jeans one week ago and even in their confirmation mail they confirmed their 3-4 business days 'Standard shipping' commitment. After seven days i dared asking them what was going wrong and then received an all 'good vibes' answer from someone back at their offices, telling me that they're extending their delivery commitment another 5-7 days: "BUT – There are good news! We have just received the delivery information regarding your package. Therefore we expect you to receive it within 5-7 business days. You should also be able to track the package soon."
I obviously immediately cancelled my order and asked for reimbursement. Unbelievable business practice!
