I have written to customer service and have not yet received a reply.

Horrible experience. I order a product that was suppose to arrive one week later, nothing strange with that. One week goes by, I got an email that my package was one it鈥檚 way. But one week goes by and nothing happens. I email Deporvillage and got information to call GLS (I live in Milan). I do without success. I also email them explaining my situation. This is during COVID-19 so I give it another week, nothing. I then call GLS on five (!) different numbers before I get the right one. They say that they can鈥檛 do anything and I have to email them (which I鈥檝e done). Then I call Deporvillage and they say that my product is send back to their storage! I haven鈥檛 got any information about this, not an email or a call. I ask them to send it back to me because I鈥檝e paid for it. They only say that a colleague had told me to pic it out from a warehouse. The information I鈥檝e got (after emailing Deporvillage and calling them two times) was to call GLS, NOTHING about a warehouse. They said the can鈥檛 send it back (they will refund me) and I have to order it again BUT the product I order doesn鈥檛 exist on the website anymore…

Worst service I ever got. GLS is one history of itself but the fact that Deporvillage doesn鈥檛 provided me with my product after all the effort I put in is terrible….I will order the product on amazon instead.

I ordered twice and I was pleased every time of their services. The prices are not the best on the market, BUT they compancate through some real client advantages: free delivery for only 70 EUR, niche products, product return in one year (it is quite unprobable to use this option due to their products are more than resonable as quality and functionality).

I will definetely buy from them in the future. If you look for good products/items at a good price, you can take into consideration this site/company … especially, when they offer you an additional 6-7% discount :):):)!!!

But they made me bought other shoes (smaller one) first so they can give me money back. When i paid second shoes, they wrote me that that they will not send money back

As you are just giving the same reply to everyone on here to make it look like you are actually doing anything about refunding for items not sent . I received a faulty pair of sunglasses. They were a present for my father, so I didn't realize they were faulty until I gave them to him on his birthday (roughly a month after the order, which was during the black friday sales period). Now, more than a full month after I contacted them to have them replaced on warranty, I still haven't received any info besides "we'll let you know". This tardiness is causing me great discomfort, since I am moving country and therefore it will be increasingly complicated to solve this from there.

Poor experience with them!

I indicate the company name for the shipping, they didn't comunicate it to the courier.
I lost 3 days in communication with them asking to change the shipment address, but they didn't anything.
At the end I contacted directly the courier kindly accepted my request.

I asked for the return of the good, they indicate 4,99鈧?as a fee for return but charged 7,99鈧?when the good was received back!

Se, be careful to do business with them, the return fee is very expensive and they ar not clear in that!
