Do not believe them on their 100% money back guarantee. As the others have said here their work is ordinary at best and it takes significant time for anything to happen. They ask for your feedback but it really didn't seem like they ever read any of it properly. I asked for my money back, 6 months on I still have not received it. I could not believe it that when I took on a new designer with a different company, they created a product that I was not only happy with, but totally satisfied, the very next day…

I am shocked on how absolutely horrible this company is. Extremely unprofessional. They don't call you back or responded to emails. They guarantee a ecommerce website in 30 days its been 90 and nothing to show for it. But here is the kicker. They did our website last year and it wasn't set up right. Well we got sucked into more money with nothing to show for it. Please save your money and time. If anyone knows a truly honest website developer I would love their name. Look at our current website Calsentry.com. Yes you will see how horrible and unfinished it was a year ago.

They charged my card and said I would get my initial comps in 2 days. Its been 4 days now, I haven't been able to get them on the phone or reach them by email. Filing a fraud complaint with my bank against them for taking money and not rendering services.

This company claims to produce high quality work at very low prices, it seamed too good to be true, so I dug deeper, and found NONE of the logos in their portfolio are their own, they are took from dribble and logopond, and even from an actual graphic designer michaelspitz.com. Shame on them!! claiming the hard work of others to be their own. DO NOT trust this company.

I wish I could give these guys Zero stars. I have had nothing but headaches with these guys. After they built my website and took my money everything went to pot. I cannot reach them by phone or email!

I feel like I should start at the beginning. I needed a site done quickly and I found them. The guy I originally worked with was nice but disappeared soon there after. The site was not done properly and couldn't work with Paypal. They tried to tell me it was a Paypal problem. I went after Paypal and Paypal was so good about it that they showed me why my site was wrong. They took extra time and even got on the phone with Designvation. Setting that call up was next to impossible I had to tell them I was going to invest more with them if they took the call. However I realized from that call that Designvation was not the company to work with!!

Yes they built me a site but it came with multiple problems and anytime something in the design went wrong I had to pay more money. They are quick to return calls when they are getting money from you but after you pay they disappear. They were unwilling to pay for errors in the coding telling me I didn't find them until after the site was live and would have to pay more to fix it. It is a money suck and the site is still messed up. I decided it was time to move on. I had no choice but to leave. Trust me when I tell you I could write a book with everything that went wrong and the litany of broken promises are well documented.

They "Claim" to be in Texas however you cannot reach anyone until after 11:30-2pm most days. They will not give you their real names. I do not care about the color, nationality or religion of the person I work with but it would be nice to know their real name. Every single person has the whitest of the white names. Bob Smith, Brian Williams, Kurt Jones, Isaac Stevens but when you speak with them they have very strong middle eastern/Indian/Pakastani accents. Someone who doesn't give their real name is hiding something. I also was in Texas for business and the address they give is bogus. I told them I wanted to meet face to face and they gave me every reason why it wouldn't work. It was like being cat-fished.
My site was recently hacked and they told me I must have given someone my password. CRAZY!!! Also I cannot send out emails to most of my customers because the system they use or server must have other companies that kick out spam because emails are returned with a "email address identified as spam". They said if I wanted to fix that I would need to pay for a separate server. I already had to pay extra for a designation as a "safe site" which they failed to mention in the beginning. My customers virus protection software would warn them every time they went to my site. It didn't matter if it was Mcfee or Kapersky or what, every time bells went off. Guess what that costs more money. I felt dirty after every problem came up. These guys are a total scam. Stay AWAY
