So, they had sold me a product that they didn't have and I had paid for it. I replied to their email asking for them to give me a refund and they apologized and said that it had been a bad mistake and that they would refund me immediately.
Five days later my credit card is overdrawn because I still haven't received the money back. I started feeling like maybe they were a big scam so I started going through my back to try and get the money back that way. My back told me to email them a second time asking for my money back.
They replied to this email apologizing again, for the fact that they had sold me a coffee table that they didn't have, and then after taking my money, promised to give me back my money but then screwed that up as well.
I don't like my private money paying for other people's mistakes in their work, and it looks like Di Mano in Mano makes a lot of mistakes. Irene Rigamonti was very polite but complete incompetent at her job. Deal with these guys is going to be a hassle, I'd look somewhere else to buy things.
