Key has been very helpful in the frustrating situation of trying to get my car fixed….. she has been nothing less than understanding, professional, and accomodating…. she attempted to make this as easy and painless as possible for me despite me finding a few bad garages that wanted to scam me.

I find them to be an overall pretty honest company to deal with. But that's because I had a pretty low bar for an auto warranty company. My only repair so far is pretty mixed.

They tell my mechanic they can find a caliper for my Infiniti sports coupe for $77??? I got this warranty because I love this car and would rather keep it on the road as long as possible (as opposed to getting a new lame car) so I don't want to put the most inferior parts possible in it. But my mechanic couldn't find a part all that close to that price, so I still had to lay out some money.

Like I said, I had a pretty low bar for my first exposure to this industry. It seemed too good to be true initially so this kind of clarifies things for me. But I'd be giving them rave reviews for what probably amounted to saving them $100 (less than one months payment); I can't imagine that makes sense as a business model. I'm on the fence about whether or not I plan to continue with them.

Everything went very smoothly. We had to wait a few days for the adjuster to get to the dealership to inspect. Now that I know the shop rate maximum that is allowed I may choose a different shop in the future. I will definitely consider Diamond in the future for other vehicles. Thank you J Scott

How do you sign to pay $100 deductible then suddenly you only pay half? Is this a joke? I did not sign anywhere that it says you only pay half. This is why I paid you for the warranty!

2nd time using my Elite Diamond Warranty – very pleased with the process…received a call from my Rep that the work was approved the day I dropped off my car to my mechanic. I am happy and my wife is happy…it's her car 🙂

Ive had to use my warranty on 2 occasions now. In both instances my mechanic and the adjuster were able to handle things and the adjuster called me immediately. Im extremely satisfied and ill look into extending the warranty when necessary

Fixed engine which was great to have the warranty and everyone was very helpful but the only problem was how long it took to get everything done between getting an adjuster out and having shop put the engine in

I have diamond warranty for less than a year and during this period i get couple of claims. Every time i get a break down i go to a licenced mechanic and let them call diamond. They respond immediately and they pay for all that is covered under the policy. I just pay the deductible. I am very satisfied with them and i recommend them to all l know. They are good dude and not expensive.

This company is the worst, i purchased their high end package when i purchased car, after a yr…my motor went out, they actually would not replace it until the motor was broken down even though a certified mechanic that they told me they use and trust… showed them fuel in my spark plug sockets and low pressure in my engine… break down of my engine would cost me $1400 labor out of pocket which they dont cover. The worst ever!!!! Never again!!! Not only that i had my vehicle towed and they would not even cover the cost because the driver sent me the reciept in a text. I will continue to spread this message about this on every review board there is!! Beware!!!

This is my first after market warranty, and it did NOT perform as expected. A few weeks after I bought my new Jaguar the starter went out; I expected to pay my $100 deductible and the rest of the bill to be picked up by Diamond. Diamond only wanted to pay $75 an hour for labor, but the going rate where I live is $125 an hour, I had to pay the difference. The part was $810 (Jag parts are expensive) Diamond only wanted to pay $450 for an after market part, I had to pay the difference. Diamond said the after market part would perform the same as the OEM part, but the service center I went to said they would not give the 2yr warranty if it were not an OEM part. Diamond then informed me that if I were to need an engin they would find me a used engin with 100,000 miles instead of having mine rebuilt which only has 45,000 (I don't need an engin now) it just goes to show you how cheap they are. There are better companies to go with.

I had to have my vehicle towed to a facility and I called Diamond Warranty and my vehicle was covered for the repair which was great because it only cost me the deductible and tax. I would recommend them.

Never buy from a dealership that uses this company. They are likely as shady as the Warranty company itself. ALWAYS ASK What is left for coverage on your policy. Bought the top coverage, had a previous repair done. My car now needs needs additional repairs for parts that are covered but they will not cover the entire repair. This company forced my mechanic to take the car apart to complete an inspection telling the mechanic that if the engine has to be replaced it would be a covered repair although never telling myself or the mechanic that I only had $400 left of coverage on my policy. They basically took all options away from the consumer. Now my car is in a million peices at the shop because Diamond Warranty told them to do so and I will now have to pay for that teardown time plus the cost of repairing the car where if I was made aware of the remaining limits I would have made the decision to only repair the car and not have it taken apart. So now I have a useless policy and no car!

I honestly thought that Diamond warranty would pay more than they did for the repair to my car. I was expecting the deductible, but not half the cost of an $800.00 repair.
