Everything was fine, until the rain came – the passenger side of the window leaked like a sieve and the seat and floor became drenched.
I contacted Harris and he agreed to come once the rain stopped. No problem, right? Well, from that point things changed – he was difficult to get a hold of and would rarely answer or return my calls nor respond to any of my text messages.
Over a period of three weeks he failed to attend as arranged on four occasions (yesterday being the fourth), despite promising to do so, and without the courtesy of a call or text to let me know he wasn鈥檛 coming. Every time I called him back he made up excuses as to why he didn鈥檛 come as promised.
Well, today (3/3/20) was the final straw – it started raining again and I haven鈥檛 heard a thing from Harris, surprise, surprise! The most disappointing thing is that each time he promised to come the weather was fine, now I have water leaking inside my car again and I have to pay someone else to fix the leak, not happy!
The other disappointing thing is (after I saw online reviews) that I am one of a number of people who have been treated the same way.
The funny thing is that his website boasts: 鈥楬ighest level of service,鈥?鈥榩rofessionalism,鈥檛rusted workmanship,鈥?鈥榣ifetime guarantee鈥?- what a joke!
In my opinion, Harris is full of false promises and excuses – happy to take your money but doesn鈥檛 want to know you when he has to fix a bad job.
NOT RECOMMENDED! I鈥檇 give zero 猸愶笍 if I could.
