Made my order almost 1 month ago (27 days) and still no information about the delivery time. Not even information on reason for the delay. I sent a message with request for information and they only replied that there is a delay on delivery (which I knew already). For me it's Unacceptable. Highly discourage to shop at Dieffematic.

Theirs might be of reasonable price but their service after sale is very very very terrible
It took them over 2 month to send goods after paying and had to make a negative feedbacks on Facebook to shake them a bit.
Three months after receiving goods I reported a faulty item, and four months have passed and still waiting, they do not reply to emails no phone assistance. Once they get our money we do not longer existing
Do no buy from them unless you live near by to go the and punch them in the face

I ordered 2 extra remote controls on 1/11/18. Fedex lost the package, the tracking no.shows it never left Germany on route. Its now 7/02/19 and still you have ignored all emails to re-send or refund.

Their website guarantees same day processing and 48 hour delivery, I placed my order 8 days ago and it is still saying 鈥淯nder Processing鈥? I have tried contacting them to find out what is going on but i鈥檓 not getting any response, very very poor service. Do not use them their service is terrible.

I received the material in time as scheduled; it was easy to assemble, and to date it is working properly (we hope it will continue …).
Too bad not even ordered the remote control.
