DO NOT ORDER VIA ANY WEBSITE OF THE WOLFF GROUP
Unacceptable experience and no customer service
– I ordered an Android Lenovo Yoga tablet on Nov 19 (credit card was debited)
– I received order confirmation on Nov 23
– I received confirmation the product was being shipped on Nov 23
– I received confirmation the product was at customs on Nov 26
and then…
– I received delay notifications every 3 days between Nov 29 and Dec 9
– when I enquired about the status of my order via email, I stopped receiving notifications
– after 30 days waiting for the product, I cancelled my order
– no response from Digital Gear to any email
– impossible to reach them on the phone
– no cash back so far (I contacted MasterCard for a chargeback)

My order from Nov. 21st is not delivered as of today Dec.6th. I keep receiving (long) automatic messages which are generic and not providing any added value to what I know. My written order inquiry remains unanswered for almost a week now. I regret having chosen not to use American retail giants to fulfill my requirement. I wanted to play "local Swiss colour" but I will think twice before choosing Digitalgear in the future.

Do not order here! Estimated shipping was 4-7 Workdays. Now three weeks are gone and my order is not even close to arriving. Furthermore you can onyl cancel your shipping if it's 30 days late according to their business policy. 30 DAYS. SHADY BUSINESS

I have ordered a cable that according to the site, was not in stock but would have been ordered and delivered in 3-4 days. I received an email informing me that this was not the case and gave me the option of waiting, or cancelling, or ordering another product. I asked about another product that appeared to actually be in stock and asked if it could be tested as it was not guaranteed to work with my setup as was my previous ordrer. After a 2 day wait, received an email saying it was not possible as they had to order it from a 3rd party (not in stock)! I asked that it would be sent anyway if waiting time is expected to be less than a week. Still no response after 2 days (Saturday) . It has been more than a week since my initial order. So I just cancelled my order and asked for a reimbursement.
