Wasted money. I purchased a MS Office 2019 license from them. I cannot trust the installer executable since it must be downloaded from a google drive rather than the official http://office.com from Microsoft.

Very good and original products at very competitive prices ! Their licenses are original, never used rebought from companies that did not use all of the licenses. I have bought Windows 10 , MS Office 2016 pro and recently MS Office 2019 pro. Their support is good too if you have any question on the installation part for instance . I fully recommend.

Can't fault them, bought a digital copy of WIN 10 Pro, was a bit suspicious of why it was so cheap and had a chat with one of the team, who explained that they buy licenses that go out of business at auctions. I received the download link in good time and got clarification from the support team when it came to enter the Product Key. All done very quickly and cheap too

I bought a Windows 10 Home product key. Turns out my laptop actually has a Windows 10 Pro operating system. Facepalm. Anyway I emailed them asking for a fix and they sent a reply fairly quickly. I had to get help through the chat feature on their website and halfway through the process the workmen in our house pulled the plug on electricity. After it was back up they resumed the process, identified the problem and just gave me a Windows 10 Pro license on the spot. Couple blunders on my side but no problems from them, easily sorted.

I bought a Win10 key from their website (probably the cheapest price compared to everywhere else) but unfortunately I had an issue with the activation. I sent an email to their support team and soon they replied with instructions to solve it. Now windows is activated!

Updated old laptop with windows 10. Initial product key didn鈥檛 work and they sent another one straight away when I contacted them by email. For the price it is a very good back up service in my experience. I couldn鈥檛 fault them and highly recommend this company. I WILL use them again A++

Bought Licence for MS Office 2016 for a new laptop. Software failed to activate. I thought it seemed too good to be true but I emailed them and was told to download fresh version and was sent another product key. This also failed. For what I had paid I thought I had probably reached the extent of their level of help but then (after me loading a utility to permit it) they operated the laptop remotely, downloaded another version and got it up and running. It works perfectly. This all took a few days but I was OK with that and am deeply impressed with the level of support that they gave for what was a low cost product. Fully recommend. (I'm based in UK).

I ordered a WIndows 10 Pro Key on the 16th. It did not work. After installing Windows 10 Professional and plugging in the key it told me this was a Windows 10 Home version and was already in use. I then immediately sent an email to the support team and Waited 24 hours. I also uninstalled Windows 10 Pro, reinstalled this time Windows 10 Home and try to use it for that. This did not work. So I wasted more time installing, wiping, reinstalling and I continued to get the same error. I sent another email to the support team. This time with the order number, name, and everything else needed to see that I was a purchaser. It is now the 20th and I have no response from them. Not happy at all about this. I purchased one in the past and it worked perfect the first time. Seems to be hit and miss. But if it is a miss, then be prepared to not get a response from them. I am still waiting and hopeful I will hear from them. I am a patient person and always try to give the benefit of the doubt to others. But I am beginning to wonder if this is even a legitimate company. I will update this review if anything changes. But at the moment, it is looking like 45 dollars lost unfortunately.
After posting this review, I received an email within a few hours with the steps to take to get the key working. I have upgraded the starts from 1 to 3. It does seem to be working at the moment but the time it took to get a response warrants the loss of two stars. Good luck

Fast, nice and easy.
Needed a Windows 10 Pro key and looked through different options, found this, which worked wonders fast and easy.
Now Windows 10 is activated and I'm a happy camper.

The first time I bought Windows 10 Pro from Digital License I was able to talk to someone via the chat online and the person sent me the email right away with the link. The second time I tried to buy Windows 10 Home for another computer I was sent two emails only confirming that I bought the product. They took the money out of my account on the 11th of November 2019 and I haven't gotten my product yet. I have called multiple times and sent two emails as well as three inquiries directly on their site. I have had no response whatsoever. This is very bad customer service! This is ridiculous and I am still waiting for my product. I checked out as a guest with no account so there is no way to "track my order".

Edit: They sent me an email with my product key and also gave me a complimentary upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Thank you, Digital License for making it right.
