Here is my personal experience with digitbuying.com I purchased a My aPad 7" Android Tablet – Haipad M702 Android 2.2 OS. It worked a little very slow and would freeze up. Then one day it would only power up and do nothing else. I contacted them regarding the warranty and was told to ship it back. I did, I heard from them a couple of times and since then nothing. They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE WARRANTY. They will not respond to emails. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Live chat is a joke, CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existent in my opinion, They probably reason once they get your money because their merchandise comes from China to bad. Save your money avoid dealing with this company, unless they improve CUSTOMER SERVICE and actually warranty their product you are better off buying a Commodore 64 .

After I bought a Blackberry, I realize the phone was coming from China. I know immediately, the phone might be refurbished or fake. When the Blackberry curve arrived, it doesn't charge. I changed a new battery and a different charger, the phone still doesn't charge. Wrote to customer service, got no response. Went on live chat, the CS only offered to send me another charger which wasn't the problem. When I insist I wanted to refund, they ignored me. I waited for a response on the live chat and no one replied. STAY AWAY from this site. Not worth the saving.
