An absolute scam. Don't buy anything from them. My servers have been offline for over a month now. The support does not react at all. They are just silent. Typical Russian business.

The worst Hosting provider. All positive reviews here are payed! This company has stolen my money coz i have payed for 4 vps – 32 usd and for dedicated server 69 usd. Total 100 usd for 1 month. During last month my VPS worked only for 6-7 days. All other time they were offline and support did not answer me no in TG chat no via support tickets. Dedicated server was offline for 2 weeks. And they think that it is nornal for hosting provider! I have lost alot money because of DignusData poor service. So do not believe to all good reviews and never never never buy any services from this company!

These thieves just stole my money! I ordered storage VPS a week ago and paid in a few minutes. But they have never deployed my server. They just created an entry in my dashboard with "pending" state. For the whole week I tried to contact them on chat and sending tickets. Nothing helped. Support virtually does not exist. Hard to get even single sentence response via chat, tickets with high importance stay unresponded for a a week. If I was lucky someone responded writing single sentence like "hello I'm check" or "deployment in 13 hours". There was no chance to find out what is the problem, when my VPS would be deployed, nothing! No matter how hard I tried I couldn't make them deploy my server. They simply took my money and delivered nothing! Thieves, insidious scammers! I wish them suffer terrible diarrhea and paroxysmal cough for the rest of their lives.

Never ever even think doing business with these scammers or you'll regret this! Stay away from them, save your time and money. If you don't believe what I wrote above and you want to check them out anyway, make sure you use payment method allowing chargeback! Otherwise you'd be screwed. Unfortunately I paid with bitcoin…

Warning about fake positive reviews!
Do not blindly believe positive reviews of this hosing provider! I'm sure almost all of them are fakes (paid reviews or created by people related to DignusData). How can I tell? Their authors create lots of reviews for many different hosting providers and they look happy with every one of them. Who switches hosting provider if he is happy with current one? Especially in a day or two (check reviews creation dates). Looks like these people buy a server and are so happy with it so they switch to another hosting provider next day. Some authors even created multiple positive reviews for the same company. Aren't they able to fit their happiness in single post? Notable feature of fake reviews is that they share "life wisdom" explaining what's important but do not share details or particular experience and do not point out reasons for review. Such reviews present absolutely no added value. Like paid article in newspaper. Maybe some positive reviews are true but after what I experienced myself I simply do not believe any of them.

I bought the VPS according to the offer on the official website ( Vserver SSD-2G/120GB SSD). As a result, I got a VPS with a disk capacity 2 times less (60 GB). Technical support response:

Bottom line: deceivers.

Every VPS I've had with them is either suspended for no reason (they blame their IPS) or simply go off-line and then you're unable to place them back online from their control panel.

The guy on the live-chat (Support is the header) tells me he's Sales, I say to him the header says support, he replies, yes, I'm Sales Support!

The companies offerings are is cheap for a reason – it's because they're completely and utterly trash and the staff are unbelievable useless to deal with. They come across polite (but it's without any ounce of sincerity).

Now they've decided they want to close the account because I've complained about them and left this review, they were instantly able to place the server back online. Unbelievable and what a strange coincidence. I've just shut it straight down. What's the point in using it, it'll only go down this time next month again and the next month and the next month etc etc.

Update:
They're doing exactly the same to other customers on their Telegram Support. Suspending paying clients VPSs spouting fraud as the case when it's obviously they haven't paid THEIR bill to their upstream providers.

They've now blocked me from their Telegram Support group – lol

Where they're getting all these positive reviews from is a mystery – I wonder if they're giving away free accounts for positive reviews! As if ……..

I've test DignusData with a VPS, a month for 3鈧? It's a really good price for 2 Core 2Go + SSD. For that, i know it's really competitive price. So, my VPS was OK for 10 days but after that he usually shutdown from himself… and i don't know why. Impossible to connect to him, must reboot from control panel and after that, he shutdown again 10 minutes later. Of course, i've modify power profil to High Capacity (without any auto sleep).

It's continually the same problem now (i'm on my 13th day) and my VPS is unusable. For that, i'm really disapointed.
