I agree with all of the other reviews that have been written about Dimpink. Terrible quality, see-through, and cheap! Not at all as pictured. Dimpink's website claimed they were out of CA but the items actually shipped from Hong Kong and customer service appeared to be there as well. They advertised free easy returns but when I reached out to customer service all they offered was an exchange or discount on other items. After declining that and asking to return they never responded again. The company website then disappeared within that week. The Balanla website and the products look extremely similar. DO NOT BUY.

I received 2 clothing items and they are both like rags. Rags with ZERO tags or skus (no size, no brand, no nothing shown) and one has strings hanging off and is see-through. It appears like these are homemade rag items that were sewn together and shipped out and not what they appeared to be online. They also smell of a strong odor. I immediately emailed and even included photos of items, as per their written online return policy and requested next steps for a refund. I had to follow up and finally received a reply a week later where I was offered:
鈥渋f you pay $10 exchange fee, you could choose a new cloth as your wish on your size on our website. It's shipping free and you can keep former product.Any price is ok .鈥?br />
The ungrammatical reply completely bypassed my very obvious request for refund next steps. After I replied that I鈥檇 like to get a refund, per their policy, I was ghosted and have yet to hear a thing, despite 5-6 more requests.
I鈥檝e opened a dispute with my credit card company and hoping for the best.

I ordered on May 17th. Their email tells you it鈥檚 been shipped when you order, but it鈥檚 actually just a confirmation of the order. It wasn鈥檛 until May 31st that I could see any actual tracking information. I received the item on June 5th to find the flimsiest dress (see-through) that looks about 3 sizes larger than the size I ordered.
With the shipping being such a hassle, I know trying to return would be even worse. So I鈥檓 eating my costs and chalking this one up as a loss. Hoping no one else buys from them!
I鈥檝e also noticed some pretty unethical practices on their social media. I read through a lot of their comments on Instagram when I couldn鈥檛 find any tracking information on my order, and a lot of people were complaining about the customer service. A few days later, all of those comments were deleted (presumably by the company).

Not only did it take forever and several emails to even get my items, with incorrect tracking numbers so I couldn鈥檛 even figure out when things would arrive.
Quality was horrible on all three dresses. The website says you can return and get a refund so I emailed to get the process started. They initially responded offering me to exchange and also keep the items???? I replied saying I didn鈥檛 want anything else since the quality was so bad. I鈥檝e now emailed three times in a week without another reply from them.
To top it off the website is no longer showing up.

I would like to start off by saying that I have had bad experience with China websites before. They sell products that are very poor in quality but you won't know it until you receive the product. Then when you want to return for a refund, their generic response is to offer you a partial refund with a special discount code for your next purchase. If you don't accept their offer then you can send it back for a full refund. Sounds simple? The problem is that the return shipping cost will likely be over what the item is worth. The companies know this and it's a loop hole to make it a "final sale".
So I came upon the Dimpink website, I read that the company is operated in Los Angeles. I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a bunch of items, paid for it. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email saying that this amount has been charged by XXXXX (bunch of Chinese characters). Right away, I thought it's a China website. I tried looking for their customer service link to cancel my order but all the links on their website redirects me to a different company's email address. I finally got the correct email address 2 days later. I advised them that I wish to cancel my order and they asked for the reason. I said that I changed my mind. They responded with a generic email regarding the shipping cost being too high and offered me a partial refund and a special discount code. I explained to them the situation, that the order has just been place, it shouldn't have been shipped out yet. They responded with a similar response regarding the shipping fee and that I can keep the product that I received. This proves that they never even checked the order status because if they did, they would have known that the items were not shipped. According to their return and exchange policy, any order can be cancelled and refunded prior to shipping.
The emails went back and forth for a few days and it was extremely frustrating as they did not seem to understand what I was saying. I kept quoting their return and exchange policy regarding cancellation prior to shipping. Then on May 8, 4 days after my first email requesting a cancellation, they advised me that the order has been shipped. The next day, I receive a text message from the courier company with the tracking information which says that the order was picked up on May 9.
They have cornered me into this purchase. I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. They advised me to contact Dimpink to return the items and request a pre-paid shipping label once I receive the merchandise. I did that. The company gave me 3 options. They offered me a 40% discount on my next purchase, I can keep the product and they will refund me 15% of my order, or I can ship the items back for a full refund. I wrote back saying that it does not make sense for me to pay for the return shipping because I had cancelled the order 4 days before they shipped it. Why would I need to pay for their delay in processing my cancellation?
It is apparent that they had no means to cancel the order. They ship it out and bank on the high return shipping cost to finalize the sale.
I took pictures of the website in case they change their policies which turned out to be a good idea because their website is currently down.
My credit card company has launched a dispute. I am now waiting for the outcome.
