puppies non existent
I saw the puppies on their website – I contacted them to see if the pup I wanted was available and the price with shipping -this was done by email – I was sent pictures and told yes he was still available – I was told how to make payment – thru Walmart to Walmart – and to send the verification and then puppy would be shipped – the puppy was supposed to go by air transport – I received an email stating what time puppy would be delivered – later I received an addidional email from royal pet paws transport stating the the puppy couldn't be shipped due to papers missing -life ins was needed and various other items and that I would need to pay an additional 760.00.
