Ordered two items from them, didn't receive any order confirmation, so I can't even refer to which order number. Can't get in touch with them until now. The website says 1-2 days delivery time but it's been 2 weeks. At this point I'm not sure I will even receive my items.
Overall really bad service, DO NOT order from them.

When I phone, between 10:00 -12:00 as on their website I always get an answering machine.
When you e-mail they do not answer.
When your write a sms no answer.
The product arrived fine but we asked as expected for a Bill/Faktura, as expected but has not arrived.

this company has no idea where your order is in the world.
When you ask where your order is, they will send you the invoice.
When asked about delivery information, the answer is always "we check it now"
When you ask them to cancel the order, they also check just that.
30 days late and 14 days after cancellation, the order was delivered.

We bought two benchtops from this company, which came 5 weeks later (we were promised 14-21 business days) in the WRONG lengths – both 10cm too short. We tried to get through to them through phone and email multiple times and could not get through. We have tried to reach them nearly daily over the last few weeks. We got through once and they said they would work it out and get back to us by the end of the day. They never did. HIGHLY advice against these thieves.

Thieves. They have taken the money for 5 carpets, but sent only 4. Ignore my messages, and don't send the money back. Will never recommend this company.

Odered 21. April – Order ID 10300637 and until TODAY 6 May 2020 I have received nothing in spite of confirmation from company that my order is on its way. CANNOT recommend this company to anybody.

We ordered a carpet months ago. They put us off for weeks and now that we cancelled the order, we dont't get any answer and are still waiting for the money to be returned. Never, never again – I think we were taken in by cheaters – at least it's far from professional and trustworthy behavior
