Used this website recently to purchase a carton of camel unfiltered, which are virtually impossible to find in my local area. I am pleased to say my order came without a hitch and within the time period that the site said they would. Also I have found the product's quality is premium and most definitely genuine.

Scam. Thieves etc. customs charges apply and add up to more than the tobacco would have been anyway. When you try to contact them you cannot get hold of a real person then they take weeks to respond, months to take notice of what you say, and push you over the five month limit for a refund.

Was eating less trying to save up for this and it's really upsetting that thieves can take my money to what? Buy themselves some more luxuries. Absolutely please do not use!

Also they send their staff onto review websites to try and bump up the rating

Do NOT order with them.
I placed my order which then takes 6weeks to arrive.
Instead of it arriving i recieve a letter from customs.
Although paying for a tracking number I never recieved one.
I rang customs and was charged tax at 274$ for the tobacco so ended up paying more.
Could not get hold of an actual person and the site fails to mention these custom charges.
Every time I emailed them they sent an automated email and I have not recieved any money back. Id say paying (the customs charges) 274$ for nothing is absolutely not acceptable and still trying to get my money back.
SCAM in the highest order and considering thats 3weeks pay for me I am ridiculously angry.

I placed my order but did not get confirmation e-mail. I called to company twice, they did not proceeded my order but started to charge my credit card few times, and every time from different company. I had to cancel my credit card

Ordered in Feb its April now and all they do is send tracking details that do not work! they reply to emails with the same tracking number that doesn't work, spoke on the phone to them and still nothing!
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The good things:
+Will send only one carton at the time
+Free Shipping
+When I complained about them giving the email to mailing sites all the calls and spam emails stopped and they sent me a complimentary carton.

Bad things:
-Expensive
-Spam by phone and email(They will give your email to mailing sites)
