I will never order from this company again. I ordered a case of water chestnuts for $18.92 and got sent one can that arrived 10 days later. When mistake was brought to their attention I was told it was getting handled right away. Three days later and the package till hasn't shipped, they are not upgrading the shipping and they won't cancel the order even though it hasn't shipped yet. When I was given the option to cancel 3 days ago I was not told that there wasn't going to be effort on there part to fix their mistake in a timely manner or I would have told them to cancel it then.UPDATE: I finally received the package to fix their mistake, another box with 1 can in it. They did refund my money but not worth the trouble. 2 cans of water chestnuts and a whole lot of time wasted. SMH

Does not give me the option to choose which courier for delivery and pay for the shipping. Also does not offer bulk shipping. I will go elsewhere place that is competent and offers these services.

I have a dairy allergy and directeats.com has a great selection of products to choose from for my specific dietary needs. Free shipping is a great plus as well!
